Morning all, seems much steadier today. I hope we get more info soon on the pre feed and take off agreements whilst we wait for the land deal sign off.

It would be nice if the company could provide more clarity on the recent rns. I think rmart’ S research has helped but it would be good to hear it from the horse’s mouth, so as to speak.

George Stapleton, Petroteq COO, commented: "Confirmation that heavy oil extracted from Utah oil sands using our CORT process is suitable for production of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ fuels could allow for the production of fuel and biofuel with significant environmental benefits, while creating a higher value product stream for Petroteq's future commercial production."

And power supply, water supply, internet supply, roads, site buildings. Not to mention an existing LMO which can take over 12 months to obtain, with no certainty of success.

JUST because I cannot believe it.....

Valkor are paying $500k for 3,458 acres of prime real estate.....
and
Greenfield are wanting to spend $16.25m on 760 acres !!!

So $145 an acre vs. $ 21,382
That is 147x the price.....

Yes , it looks made up. I cannot believe that some still think its a good deal when they add that context !

Some have added that the HCD land has already been drilled / de-risked etc. whilst failing to see the enormity of the disparity in price !!

No wonder Valkor wants to back out of Greenfield....

So WHY get involved in an option in the first place ?

Having said that Valkor have done very nicely ...

rmart ramping Valkor's prospects because they have a chance to get oil out of the land owned as exploration assets by HCD

He has of course overlooked , whilst ramping how much oil there could be on that land .......

That Valkor are paying $500k for 3,458 acres of prime real estate.....
