23/9/2021 13:55 | What is good now, is that Greenfield’s name is being posted on all of these reports. | ![]() goulding1215
23/9/2021 12:37 | Yes, but they got a slap on the wrist for processing ore from up the road.... | ![]() busamitch
23/9/2021 12:30 | So they do have DOGM approval to operate whilst awaiting the outcome of the resubmitted NOI. Thanks for uncovering that Busa. Edit: Vauch, I stand corrected. | ![]() damac
23/9/2021 12:23 | Original response is here: "Hi Raphael, I am responding to your letter dated September 1, 2021 indicating that Petroteq is violating a Stop Work Order. The Cessation Order I issued on May 14, 2021 found the company was bringing tar sands ore onto their property from another location and processing it at the onsite plant. This was in clear violation of their approved mine plan. The abatement required them to cease operations until a new plan was submitted by July 1, 2021 and approved by the Division. Petroteq appealed this violation and was given a Stop Work Conference on May 21, 2021. The outcome of the conference upheld the violation but allowed Petroteq to continue to operate as long as they provided weekly reports to us and quantify how much ore is being brought on site and how much is being hauled off site. At this time, they are not in violation of the Stop Work Order because they have complied with the conditions we outlined in the Finding of Fact letter. Here is a link to that Finding of Fact notice showing the decision that was made: Petroteq has provided an updated mine plan and continues to submit weekly reports to the Division. We are presently reviewing their bond to determine if it is adequate based on the amount of disturbance and the salvage value of the processing plant, plus any other structures, petroleum and/or hazardous waste products that are currently onsite. I hope I have addressed your concerns. Thank you for your continued attention to these permitted fossil fuel sites. Sincerely, April Abate " | ![]() busamitch
23/9/2021 12:17 | It would be interesting to see the response this Cathryn Raphael Cordray got from DOGM? She conveniently cut that out of her document that Busamitch shared. | ![]() damac
23/9/2021 11:47 | That’s telling them Damac. I wonder if the PQE buyers are aware of these facts? Perhaps some PQE share-holders might think of switching to a legally licensed CORT company? Looks a better bet to me. Also, it would appear, still problems with the TSX accounts. | ![]() goulding1215
23/9/2021 11:25 | Think the email address sums her up, then. | ![]() busamitch

23/9/2021 10:38 | Hi V .. I think there are a lot of options for Greenfield and QFI is just one of them. It may be lower down the best / easiest ways to sell what we produce. | ![]() ducky fuzz
23/9/2021 10:37 | “We look forward to updating Quadrise shareholders in due course as to the next steps for this exciting low-sulphur MSAR and bioMSAR opportunity in Utah, once agreed with Greenfield and their strategic partners." | rmart
23/9/2021 10:32 | Reichsmart - at least take the effort to read, before you comment! | ![]() the diddymen
23/9/2021 10:32 | Commenting, John Potter, CEO of TomCo, said : "We are delighted that Quadrise has now completed its testing programme. We are encouraged by the positive confirmations issued by Quadrise today and we look forward to continuing to work with Quadrise as we progress our plans for Greenfield." One thing I will say is why is John not excited about the positive confirmation rather than encouraged ( strange word to use ) | ![]() vauch
23/9/2021 10:31 | Does he post on the other thread.... "Dear April Thank you for your email and response to the violations I reported on Petroteq. I have reviewed the Findings of fact order and all the recently added documents. It still seems they are stretching the time limits and supplying a insufficient N.O.I. to get more time to defraud investors. Raphael Cordray" | ![]() busamitch
23/9/2021 10:08 | see, diddy, you are already now admiting they will secure the land and are now moving on to your next failed conspiracy of another made up problem. I will answer here for the fun of it until they secure the land, then I will leave you to it becuase you will never stop, you are fixated on tomco failing and you will be proven wrong again. | rmart
23/9/2021 10:04 | Reichsmart - 5 days. At this point everything is in place or it isn't. Given where they are in my view TOM have no option but to pay the deposit. That then triggers the cash problem, and guarantees nothing. ...or kick down the lane for another month and accumulate risk | ![]() the diddymen
23/9/2021 10:01 | Our shiny new improved plant will produce 5,000 barrels of oil and thousands of tons of very clean sand every day. All saleable at very nice prices. When the tar sands land deal is confirmed (very soon), we will then see the real rises. It is all lining up nicely now. | rmart
23/9/2021 09:54 | Vauch, it doesn’t matter what the issue was about re the permit, the fact remains that PQE have not been granted a new permit from DOGM to continue operating from 1st July 2021. | ![]() damac
23/9/2021 09:49 | The comment of ‘at a commercial scale’ tells me that any further trials would be during the commissioning phase of the proposed Greenfield TS2 plant. Even if operating, POSP cannot produce at a commercial scale….. “TomCo will now review the report and it is expected that Greenfield and Quadrise will enter into discussions regarding potential future trials and deployment of the technology to produce MSAR(R) and/or bioMSAR(TM) fuel at a commercial scale.” | ![]() damac |
