Really?

The consensus in August even on the gamblers thread was that the land deal could only be done with the finance in place.

Now desperate to talk this up , he's moved to the land deal regardless.

That was deemed a gamble and reckless without the guarantee of finance; it risks becoming a white elephant; but will the non-exec / nomad tolerate such action ?

From the interview in the video in the header we know the folowing is about to come.

1. Signing of Sand and Oil offtake agreements.
2. Sharing figures with shareholders re production costs, sand values etc.
3. Sign off on the land being secured from Oil Sands Inc (3 weeks max from 10th Sept).
4. Results of Oil Major Product Testing.


Then on top of that :

Msar/Bio Msar Test results
Full project financing package

This feels very different now, no fall back, news due and Valkor on board with 29% of Tom. Market cap is still under £10m which is frankly silly.

Tom was £25m when working on ECOSHALE and they were nowhere near getting it off the ground.

Now we are just days away from moving ahead with out 1st 5,000bopd plant. Once that news drops of the site secured and 100% ownership exclusivity we will move much higher.

Over 50m shares traded today, mostly buys. It is a long time since we saw that especially on no 'official' news

The rise today will be on speculation of the 10% deposit on the finance deal being announced shortly. Let's hope it happens.

The day to day price action and spikes is not an indication of a company (of this size) 's success.
I can point you to the existing historic chart here and lots of other small companies.

The share price rise / fall makes and loses money on its own it does not mean the finance /project has any better or worse prospect.

The tone of the "gamblers" board is adopting the same tone we have seen elsewhere after many years of tracking similar charts.

We shall see what happens ....
