20/9/2021 09:47 | Fenners Possibly the seller saw JP coming and in excitement JP AGREED. BUT WHY DID NON RXECS NOT STOP THIS? If the land and plant project does go ahead, the lead time is likely to be a great deal longer than is surmised by some here with usual delays and hiccups. TOM is a very small business and it has mountain to climb. Logically a long wait for shareholder rewards. | ![]() lopodop
20/9/2021 09:16 | No one has offered a solid Reason why they needed to pay $300k non-returnable option to purchase fee for the land that no one has wanted to buy for the last 5 years. Too many on the other thread just accepting that it made some kind of commercial sense without scrutinising it. TOM have not said , we need to do this because co . a, b or c would buy it instead. Petroteq clearly did not have the funds to improve their POSP , they needed Valkor. Valkor did not have the funds / or want to commit so they got TOM in to pay the $1.5m for it. Now Valkor don't want to continue the partnership any further. So they do not look like well funded companies on the point of making the deal. So why pay an option fee and set the time clock ticking in the first place ? That option fee of $200k should have been it. If there was another buyer waiting , the land owner says , " Tough luck, you had 3 months , you had your chance, now we sell it to the other interested party and we have made $200k as well I beleive the original owners of the land went bust as well. Don't know the financial position of the current owners , but its likely to be poor. Getting $200k for absolutely nothing goes a way to help. But instead they extended for another $100k. WHY? More easy money? Only one company interested? What if they do not get the finance.....? | ![]() fenners66
20/9/2021 09:05 | No one buying the shares , means no demand. What that poster needs to realise is share prices are a function of supply and demand. Even thinking that the only people ever interested in this company are readers of these boards (ridiculous !) there are still likely a majority of posters who think this is their get rich quick share... We shall see.... | ![]() fenners66

20/9/2021 07:49 | VAUCH What is the easiest course for the Board - add a further $100,000 to land seller's coffers. Better to lose $300,000 than have unsuccessful placing or severe cash issues. Of course if deal pulled the abortive costs number is quite high if the legal and technical charges are added. But at least time for rethink and to work through different approach. | ![]() lopodop

17/9/2021 10:44 | Or will they plan to lease the land to TOM for a royalty. | ![]() vauch
17/9/2021 10:43 | Has this been mentioned before. Valkor had the licence agreement and then it was transferred to Greenfield. So if Valkor plan to go it alone will it now cost them a lot more for each licence and a heavier royalty. | ![]() vauch

16/9/2021 15:42 | Hydrogen will be relevant at some point but it will not be that quick! The study I saw estimated that the grid capacity needs to be tripled to be able to deliver the renewable/hydrogen economy. That begs a few questions. We have a long way to go and 2050 is looking very optimistic. | ![]() the diddymen
