23/9/2021 09:43 | Greenfield gave the keys to the POSP back to PQE. Any future decisions on its restart is down to them now. Yes further trials will be some time in the future (phase 1 was "extensive") but todays reported success adds strength to Greenfields funding case. For me that's the big take away from todays news. all imo, | ![]() fishyneck
23/9/2021 09:42 | If there is a trial at the old plant, which I doubt, it will need to be an agreement with Petroteq. We would not be involved in that. We have the news we need, wether the Msar equipment is here or in Utah is of no importance, it works on the oil, that is all we need to know. | rmart

23/9/2021 09:40 | The only reason for Tomco to return to POPS is to show the proses to the financiers. | ![]() vauch
23/9/2021 09:40 | Shaunx Just for the moment, Andrew yes! 100% approve Greenfield ownership but it's the lack of sound funding that flaws the whole operation. Expect further delay on land purchase - another $100k to exit coffers. Where then? Do you want to explain? | ![]() lopodop
23/9/2021 09:34 | I believe the current POSP will be restarted. This will enabke the Quadrise trials and some production of oil. If that is not the case the Quadrise trials are over a year away. | ![]() hotfinance14
23/9/2021 09:27 | This phase of the trial is completed, successfully completed might I add. Greenfield will not be returning to the POSP. The data from QFI will be valuable, with the FEED and other related info, in discussions with lenders and maybe open up meetings with other off-take partners. Further testing and trials will be based on future TS2 production imo but for now the success of phase 1 can only enhance the overall projects economics. fn | ![]() fishyneck
23/9/2021 09:19 | Do we expect the POSP to restart so that Quadrise completes it's trial ? | ![]() hotfinance14
23/9/2021 09:14 | I'm not sure everyone appreciates some of the issues Greenfield encountered once it took over the POSP. PQE had it held together in places with blue tack and sticky tape. I don't even think there was a lock on the toilet door, that's how bad things were! Todays announcement confirming Greenfield got that plant to a level of producing oil that QFI can process into a premium product is clearly another massive tick in the box to take to the lenders. Using the CORT technology, along with the new processes Valkor and Greenfield designed during the trial, on a properly built plant will further enhance the quality, yields and production costs going forward imo. It's all starting to come together nicely. fn. | ![]() fishyneck
23/9/2021 09:06 | It is obvious that they will bow try to dismiss the news. I note wilson2 has not surfaced yet. He will be fuming. | rmart
23/9/2021 08:54 | Diddymans attempt to pour scorn on today's news...made me proper spit my brew out laugh! Questioning the processes limitations, power production and marine oil. Oil tankers sailing out of LA use 5-10,000 barrels a journey. They will lap up our low sulphur, low cost option. Now let's see what the local major refinery makes of it. | ![]() stuart little

23/9/2021 08:12 | Diddy,Look at the potential for power production and marine oil. If that is msars limitation it's in a massive market that could take 100% of our production. It is yet another string to Greenfields bow, plenty of other applications not using QFI. Good problem to have wouldn't you say? | ![]() stuart little
23/9/2021 08:04 | Hopefully the 2mil block buyer will keep buying | ![]() talais
