lopodop,

I am a little confused as to why you post every day?

We all know everything rests on if Greenfield can get the finanace sorted by end August. If they do then all is good, if they dont then its very bad news.

Why post everyday knocking the company? Why not just wait until end August? Then if they fail you can have a field day if you like. But for now your posts are completely pointless.

Once again the share price starts its downward path. Can't the Board understand there is little confidence in their ability.
If they are unwilling to purchase shares in the business, then some investors may consider there should be a moratorium on non executive pay for at least four months.
This is because their costs are poor value in terms of achievement.
Equally it is far from clear what JP has to do at this time and his pay arrangements should be reviewed. Tom does not have the capacity to fund unproductive employment costs.
As Sage has pointed out this scenario can be played out indefinitely so the Directors receive a healthy income for what precisely.
IF INVESTORS LOSE, SO MUST DIRECTORS SHARE SOME PAIN OR LEAVE WITHOUT PAYOFFS.

Castro must now make a statement to confirm that the funding required by Greenfield will be agreed in principle by 31 August 21.

Even RMART QUESTIONS if TOM will get the funding and one assumes he is in contact with somebody close to the board. Investors may have to face hard facts - as things now stand - it may be wholly unrealistic expectation for many many reasons. To suppose otherwise would be a folly and waste more time on top of delays so far PLUS cash.

The realistic option has to be to try to sell out and requires vision and a great deal of skill - hmmh!

Do Groat and Potter have the skills? We don't know.

So uncertainty will remain until the BOD tell investors funding is no go and TOM is deal searching. In all honesty and bearing in mind Castro has been working on this for months, he should know the position and must tell investors soonest.

If POSP game is up for funding reasons, Groat may wish to go ahead with RF and it is feasible that he could slip a placing in whilst investors are distracted and the share price is floating in the 50p's.

Who could suggest this share is boring? Boring certainly not but full of monetary risk.

Well I sat and watched all day today to see if it would take off or do the usual fall back. It is glaringly obvious why it will not get moving yet.

1. 5000 bopd based on 24hr operation 360 days per yr? where is the maintenance period? I expect the 5 days off are thanksgiving, independence day etc so it must be an amazing piece of kit to work the rest of the the year 24/7.

2. $110m required (give or take up to $27,500,000) for the plant build.

3. build to take 54-62 weeks, barring any significant supply chain issues or adverse weather conditions during construction and commissioning. (we are all well educated on the weather problems in Utah).

4. Tomco still need the cash for the land deal of at least $1.8m for the 10% balance or $16m for the full buyout.

So basically we have Tomco with a market cap of £8m, probably ok for cash until mid 2022 waiting for Greenfield to secure funding of around $156m to be on the safe side. This would then get Greenfield to production.

IMO securing and drawing down the funding is when the share price will move. Until then anyone looking in will just see an £8m company trying to find $156m from somewhere.

I am not saying they wont get the funding. I am saying it is the BIG ISSUE. Get it done, then brilliant the share price will multibag.

Haven't posted for a while; much more important things in the world right now than to waste too much time on this merry go round. However, thought today's non-news was worthy of wasting a bit of time with. Nothing again being said. So the much anticipated FEED established what the previous pre FEED had stated (I hope it goes without saying I think all these 'reports' are absolute George). So you need $110 from some benefactor to squander on some failed technology that could not be made to work across the last year. This is not going to happen. There will be no 'loan' and to suggest or believe is to show such utter naivety that you really do need string on your mittens. All now set and all RNS now out ready for the 'working capital' placing coming very soon. You have been warned!

Not so long ago, if the market did not respond to good breaking news, the chairman would summon the CEO And invite that person to resign forthwith. In some cases the powers that be would invite the chairman to do likewise.
Perhaps Groat and Potter would do well to revisit the past - plenty of qualified candidates to take over.

Once again the market is telling investors there are fundamental weaknesses and it may be that the market does not have respect for the Board.
Most of the propaganda TOM publishes is incomplete and in A LOT of ways designed to play down TOM.
It is perfectly clear that Potter and Groat will not invest here and that sums it up. They know the market is dubious and they follow the market!
With Groat and Potter running Tom, Tom really is high risk.

PQE looks as though it will start up. Looks like 0.195p to start.

My maths says that is about 30 per cent.

Yes, Jaynealex, poor past performance is largely responsible for that. It is now up to Potter and Groat to fill in the gaps.

1. No mention of the environmentally friendly system of production.

2. Emphasise the 10,000 barrels a day objective.

3. Emphasise the cost of production at $70-22 +12 sand -5 in royalties. Profit $65 profit per day. $234,000,000 for 10,000 per day,$117,000,000 fir $5,000 per day. Leaves plenty of cash for future plants

4.isn’t this a good time for JP and MG to buy shares now?

5. Emphasise the low sulphur content of the bitumen, environmentally friendly.

5. Report the results of the barrels sent to a major oil company for testing.

6. Say why Quadrise have not received the barrels of oil for testing.

7. Emphasise as soon as DD is received from the Lease, the financial arrangements can be finalalised.

6. Contacting all the major press, might be better after finance finalised, contacting all major oil companies in USA, WITH THESE FABULOUS RESULTS IN HOW TO PRODUCE CLEAN OIL

Not too much to ask for, if you are not on holiday. After all Valkor have done all the hard work. Now start on the RF which only takes 3-4 weeks, and you can be producing oil before Greenfield.
