27/7/2021 12:39 | But as I've said before the controlling interests will decide ...they may have shares in the acquirer etc As was said above this pattern of no share price movement after major news is a ' concern" | ![]() jaynealex

27/7/2021 12:21 | Someone's mopping up these sells But no holding RNs yet ..small scale At this low share price we need an RTO with an exchange of shares so we still have a long term.interest It's as if they deliberately do not want this to run The alternative of a cheap takeout is not attractive | ![]() jaynealex
27/7/2021 12:14 | Still no detail in the RNS though | ![]() fenners66
27/7/2021 12:14 | ok so there is another website detailing some for the CO address "A Brief History of Kahuna Operations Management Kahuna Operations Management was formed in 2005 to meet several of our customer’s operational needs. As Kahuna Ventures works to meet dynamic client needs in the design, construction and overall project execution of pipelines, processing plants and treating facilities, Kahuna Operations Management emerged as a natural fit to provide cost-effective operational support for many of these facilities. The Kahuna Growth Story In 20 years, Kahuna (Kahuna Ventures and Kahuna Design) has grown from a one employee company to over 150 employees as of 2019. Expanding from primarily a midstream project execution consulting firm serving a variety of clients ranging from midstream limited partnerships and private equity backed companies to major oil and gas producers, Kahuna has grown to include a civil project execution team. The civil project execution team was built upon the success and foundation of the midstream civil/ structural engineering team and now offers civil project execution services and expertise to land development projects outside of the oil and gas market. While Kahuna Ventures and Kahuna Design are legally two separate companies, the two operate as one united project execution team and are referred to simply as ‘Kahuna’ | ![]() fenners66

27/7/2021 12:09 | Couldn't agree more fenners66, very little detail in the RNS. While it is good news, it only adds fuel to the fire to the idea that the share price is deliberately being held back through lack of info so that some sort of corporate action can take place. | ![]() bungeetrader
27/7/2021 12:08 | Ok, so lets have a look at the engineering experience they got to write this FEED report... My initial search of the internet shows:- "KAHUNA VENTURES LLC KAHUNA VENTURES LLC (Identification Number: 802609675) was incorporated on 03/11/2021 in Michigan" Formed in March - reports in July ? wtf ? | ![]() fenners66

27/7/2021 10:25 | DF Do you really believe SB wants to hang around with the likes of TOM. He is likely to want to work either alone or with Petroteq. Tom has been a very fruitful partner for VALKOR so far. JP may think it best to stick with Greenfield and hang in with SB if he can. Some investors may consider the options a decoy which will never be taken. As for the big shareholders, if the deal gets them a return they will go along with it - the chairman will put up a strong case. The ordinary punters shouldn't do so badly. If the chairman negotiates well could be fair result so preferable to waiting a year or two more etc. | ![]() lopodop

27/7/2021 10:22 | Hi V .. I suppose that is down to what Steve Byle wants to do .. Is he looking at 50 percent of Greenfield being part of his empire or just making him loads more cash. | ![]() ducky fuzz
27/7/2021 10:20 | I still see Greenfield reversing into TOM | ![]() vauch
27/7/2021 09:59 | Hi Shaunx .. There has just been shares option announced where John Potter gets 45 million shares at 0.54p for 10 years. So that will be his incentive for making TOMco a success. 45 million x say 10p buy-out = 4.5 million pounds. How on earth would there be an mbo .. he owns practically no shares. He'd need the support of the large share holders who are wealthy individuals. | ![]() ducky fuzz
27/7/2021 09:52 | Hi jay .. An interesting question. As soon as we own the oil field and have the loan then 95 percent of the risk in owning TOMco shares long term disappears. I have got my head round owning these shares until they are bought out, which I don't think will be more that a few years. | ![]() ducky fuzz |
