Ducky, the umpteen posts in reaction and condemnation of myself and Damac for expressing our opinions is the reason these boards are dismissed by many these days. I shall now retreat back under my rock. See you all next month at the AGM.

Loonytune,Yes a few of us had dinner with Potts, Groaty with stevo joining us from the US via zoom. They confirmed everything about funding over a lovely bottle of Chablis. Marty kindly picked up the tab. I've always liked him. Your name was never mentioned, sorry. Hope that clears everything up. All the best.

WHY IS THE BOARD NOT RELEASING ANY UPDATES RE GREENFIELD? Groat needs to tell us NOW what is present position!

Do you know the source of DAMAC's statements re assurance on NO imminent placing and $110,000,000 funding being in place next month.
It is unlikely to be non execs. So who was it? Or did DAMAC make it up. Are you involved in this business?

Everything you have said to date is wholly misleading and should be struck off the record. Are we correct?
In the absence of information properly released by the Board, the matter of placings and GREENFIELD funding remains wholly open. The board chooses to be secretive generally so shareholders have to make up their own minds about the near / medium term prospects for TOM.

Are you saying:

No imminent placing

$10,000,000 funding in place by September.

Are you a shadow director for TOM?

Are you asked by a director to express views on this board based on what you have been told?

Unless you are director / shadow director you have absolutely no right to speak so categorically for the company about placings.
The share price is depressed for many reasons - you are helping the directors to support even this dismal price.
Given the poor quality management etc etc it is more than likely the board will go for a placing soon rather than wait when there could be more uncertainty and the share value drops further.
These are fact of life.
The share price should currently be in the region of 1.5 to 2 pence based on the prospects which are alleged to be valid.
Very frankly if Groat and Potter can't see their failings in this respect how on earth will this business succeed?
Many many investors are in despair over the continuing directorial apathy. You need to revisit your appraisal of TOM and make sure that you not overlooking vital clues.

Stuart has hit the nail on the head re the tax losses on Turboshale. It actually places Tomco in a VERY strong position in their relationship with Valkor/Greenfield.

Contrary to rumours elsewhere, Tomco have absolutely no intention of relinquishing any percentage* of their holding in Greenfield, and why should they with Greenfield on the verge of delivering on the project (*excluding any percentage that may have to be given up as equity to secure the $110m funding).

Likewise, the insistent gibberish around an 'imminent placing' will have to remain as wishful thinking for those spreading it i'm afraid. As stated before, if there is to be any placing in Tomco it will be around Nov/Dec for a small amount of working capital to see them through to the Greenfield plant being up and running, though this requirement could possibly be nullified by warrants being taken up and money coming into the company via that route.

Thanks SL for your candid response. No more questions.

All who are interested in TOM would like an uptodate status report on GREENFIELD to dispel any doubts about the current position and the 'work in progress'.
George Stapleton seems good at this PR bit, why is that Groat and Potter are so reticent? Are they fearful or embarrassed?

Let us trust they are not withholding bad news!

Nice to hear from Damac ...

This comment was interesting ...

" We could even see equally significant other news before then."

A JV partner for Greenfield maybe ?? One of the big boys introducing a hefty load of cash ??

And I don't personally envisage a return to RF any time soon. The tax losses could be useful though. Something you could research??

Possibly one last answer as it's becoming quite boring. My research established no reason for Steve Byle to disengage with Greenfield or indeed tomco. Quite the opposite, to suggest so is simply wrong. He is happy, and can see the benefits, to be our partner. He also doesn't wish to run a PLC so no cheap take over. Who can blame him with the quality of shareholders he'd have to deal with. Therefore it is of no concern. I also haven't taken asteroid strikes into account. My bad I guess.

Question for SL
Should SB / Valkor disengage from GREENFIELD, then GREENFIELD has just one director, no engineering capability, and a large liability to TOM.
IN your research, did you come up with the possible solutions?

Should not CAPTAIN POTTER TELL INVESTORS how things stand at present and how this situation, should it arise, WILL be handled or is it the end of POSP for TOM
AND on goes TOM INTO RF COURTESY OF A PLACING.
