A good day to announce all objectives of the trial have been successfully achieved with flow rates in excess of 250 barrels of oil per day attained ;)

So if a big player takes it over, it would be a tax write down for the new owner.

Incidentally why did Kirchner walk away with a promised £32k? Was it because he fell out with the chairman or someone else. Perhaps he advised TOM should have a resident oil engineer there which is very good advice.

The market may perceive TOM to be in a weak position and not wholly credible. 3 part timers here 1 full timer there who sadly is not an oil engineer.

Pqe own the IP ... Given funding ...JV or takeout they'd be in a good position ...so they're blowing their trumpet and not too concerned with blurring the truth

This has been a problem from the start. It is as if TOM is irrelevant and GF is on the sideline. GS is too smart a cookie and JP will have to be very strong in thwarting him and keeping very close to SB so as not to miss a trick. True 50/50 deals are rare, usually one side are the controllers.
JP has a very hard task as the non execs are far away and unsupportive. JP needs support to deal with SB and GS otherwise cracks in the arrangement will open. Frankly Groach could be out of his depth which is all TOM needs!

It is not difficult. The last time that TOM had a spectacular rise was when they were working with Red Leaf, years ago, there was a half page article in the Daily Mail. I know it is not difficult because I wrote to the Daily Mail leading to that article.

They may well be waiting for the FEED results, but waiting never gained anything but lost time.

Good update by Petroteq, however, can someone please (Damac) indicate which company receives the actual revenue from the sale of oil and gas? Reading that press release, Petroteq suggesting they receive the revenue. How about one of TOM’S NED’S (Non-Working Executive Directors) issue a similar press release on behalf of Greenfield/TOM, along the same lines, but introducing TOM as an oil producer.
