Very cordial.I was not really critiquing your post. A bit too long and ponderous and I needed to let your acolytes fawn over it. We can all bang our gums and bleed our fingers on a keyboard, but it will all out very soon. A placing will happen this summer. They will not buy the land (they have no money nor access) and that 5000bopd is simply ridiculous, and actually is an embarrassment to logic. Anyway, first things first. Placing imminent and I have called the last 3. Enjoy the sun.

A number of entries cast doubt or worse on the way in which this company has and is conducting its operation. All investors in TOM are hostages to fortune BECAUSE there is so much uncertainty.
Many have invested huge sums on the 'potential' of oil extraction etc only to find this is yet another AIM botch in terms of apalling management This aspect alone will continue to hijack the share value irrespective of the future which many claim to be rosy, extremely so.
Some may be being innocently used by JP to pass on information to others to calm nerves when they speak with him.
How can anyone trust the company? Rights issues? No! Placings yes at very discounted numbers which could wholly destabilise the share value - again.
Apart from the February report by MG and a couple of RNS from JP that beg more questions than answer, investors have a glorious fantasy to behold and some heavy contingent losses to carry if things turn out to be fallacious.

How many tipsters / advisers would give TOM a blessing?

I really cannot understand the level of venom on this thread by literally less than a handfull of posters. It really is insane. I am just happy that it is very small number of you and that makes it easy for new potential investors to see that it is simply the losers thread where you have all suffered losses on TOM (probably in the consolidation a few yrs ago)but simply cannot move on in life. Your consistant refusal to see that the company is moving forward really does show the level of intelligence and bitterness held here.

Good god, move on, leave it alone. You lost, simple, no need to spread your sadness amongst others. We are simply not interested.

Lopo, it is very difficult to ascertain where value sits - if there is any value. What is known is that if TOM do not merge with a 'bank account' they will have to raise more cash. If the latter the prospective funders will have to rely on oral representation from the directors and legal documents. That is not always necessarily easy.

I would expect Tomco to fully explain the benefits of buying the land rather than leasing in the RNS announcing the completion of due diligence and purchase of the initial 10%. Whether they do or not is anyone’s guess.

Good morning Sage,

Your major critique of my post and more importantly Greenfields land deal appears centred around due diligence. Whereas you imply the commencement of due diligence the RNS states ‘satisfactory completion of...”. It is abundantly obvious to most that Greenfield have been engaged with Endeavour for many months. The major DD having been ongoing since early in the year including testing of the ore from TS2, verifying the terms and validity of the permit, locating a suitable site within the vast acreage for the plant to best utilise the existing infrastructure. This part, the major issues, being completed triggered the $200k payment. I think it is absolutely correct and good practice for DD to continue right up to the point of handing over the next instalment.

As I said, a great bit of business by John and the Greenfield team.

Big week ahead imo, those videos of the tanker leaving the posp fulll of oil will give confidence, on top of that the tweets from Petroteq informing us of consistent production further backs up the success of the upgrades.

Surely Tomco have to update shareholders with all this info out there already? If they announce the same I really see us passing well past 1p and some warrants should hopefully kick in giving cash to the co and showing more confidence in the project.

Ducky by now you should de aware we get most of the news from PQE.
It has been stated first oil sold and consistent 250 a day being produces also sand sale is a go.

However, progress has been made. Oil prices are up significantly. Per the 10Q for the six months ended February 2021, Petroteq has slashed G&A by more than 50% from $3.9 million in 2020 to $1.75 million in 2021. It has established production of 250 barrels per day which, if it continues, is a major step in the right direction. And it may have found an additional source of revenue through sale of clean sand for fracking and other uses.
