AJJ2003,

The proposed new rail head (Leland Bench) is approximately 25 miles as the crow flies from the POSP site and about 30 miles to the Tar Sands II site.

If there is that much sand damac/vauch, what is the rail network like around there with the prospect of an offshoot in our direction
ajj2003

then the transport for the sand,
The road will be choked up with trucks

Trying to work out the amount of truck per day and seem to get 48 a day to keep up with production of 10000 bpd
But not sure if this is correct

All the cards have been played now. Still no 250bopd. Got to 180, but of course no confirmation if this is everyday or more likely just a single day amongst a normal of insipid gloop production. Why did they release these 3 RNS in quick succession? They have not delivered the project goal, even after a full year of a trail that was supposed to take 6 months. There is likely no more news to come until the placing and they have failed to pump the price beyond 0.7p. Placing will be 0.5p and probably as big as they can get away with. By the end of July there will be @2.5 billion shares and each penny is £25m market cap. Imaging holding the numbers at the price you lot do and expecting to come out of this in the black. If they issue close to a billion shares you should expect a consolidation. This will get you all back in the penny range. Please let ducky know that he will have fewer shares.

Vauch it’s all about having adequate off-take agreements in place when they are up are running to those levels. Ultimately, with the oil, it reaches the point that what they are producing per day needs to be removed per day. The proposed new rail head linking up the Uinta Basin with the existing rail network running South from Salt Lake City will be a massive boost for transportation of the oil. An installed pipeline from the Asphalt Ridge area to the new railroad at the Southern end of the ridge is being considered. The alternative being trucking it to the rail head.

Personally I would rather have 4 smaller plants as when a new site opens one can be moved.

We are also looking at 2 plant setups that are at lease 10 x the size of the test plant.

I will be very interested in the new design when it all sorted ans it in principle is rater mind blowing.

Still cant get my head around the numbers. 10000 bpd is about 2'100'000 liters a day
They are in need of massive storage
Also the sand is going to pile up rather fast also.

See Petroteq out with the tweets this morning. Even if Tomco just retweeted it that would be an improvement

Tar Sands II site ore is the key to attaining the 250 barrels of oil per day. Current ore being processed is not as concentrated. It remains Greenfield's expectation that it will shortly reach the targeted production level of 250 barrels of oil per day, aided by the intention to process ore with an expected higher concentration of oil, mined from the Tar Sands II site, which is subject to the membership interest purchase agreement announced on 9 June 2021.

They need the site operating extension approved by land owner and approver to extend licence to use offsite material.
so we need updates on these before MSAR is shipped to site

The sample testing at Quadrise will not take a couple of months. It will take 3 weeks.

So TomCo is wrong on that.

The sample can be emulsified because the original Orimulsion which Msar is an improved version on was Oil from Venezuela at API 8-10.

3 weeks testing at the lab, 2 weeks shipping of the Quadrise equipment, 1 week of on site production at the site. That's what they mean over the coming months.

also you need to understand that the oil is suitable for Marine fuel, BUT unless it cut with distillate to allow it flow properly it CANNOT be used in a ships engine. Adding distillate makes it more expensive, this is why Quadrise is needed as it bypasses the use of distillate.

Sorry I missed the k. I thought it unusual for you to undervalue!

On those figures, should be able to lose another NED.

Why?

$55 for the oil, 1.5t of sand per barrel of oil @$15 per ton = $22.50 for the sand = $77.50

= $418k per month.

I worked on 180 which is the production figure in the rns

Rmart, I suggest you check your figures. When they reach 250 bopd.
250x77 approx $20000. Unless I hav the wrong figures.

At last some flesh on the bone. The market should take a more optimistic view and adjust the share value to the 2p's pending further positivity and funding information from JP.

Ducky, don’t get caught up in the numbers, look at the bigger picture. The whole point of the trial is:

1. To gather the data for a FEED study that proves the commerciality of a larger 5000/10000 bopd plant.

2. Achieve 3rd part verification of the upgraded plant that supports the FEED.

3. Satisfy potential lenders of a larger scale plant by delivering on points 1 & 2.

As soon as those 3 points above are achieved it is job done, trial complete and deemed a success regardless of what the current production rate is.
