Some numbers regarding MSARCheck out our Refinery case study on @DirectorsTalk, which evaluates how introducing #MSAR to a hypothetical, semi-complex refinery would allow a complete payback before 12-18 months ? #QFI #FuelOil

Incredibly quiet here today. It's not me is it ...

I see in the TOMco news section that TOMco has its Interim results around
30th June. What sort of an update will we get.

Sue - with this bunch a placing is just another quick fix - it is not a strategy to develop a big project. Given a clear plan, the operation will progress albeit with the usual ups and downs of any business but investors will feel confidence and the share value will develop steadily. At this time the share value is a disgrace and this situation is likely to continue because the market is perceptive and identifies the flaws. Overall the modus operandi may need to be restructured and GF venture replanned possibly under fresh ownership and management.

What is wrong with placing if the money is used properly. In this case the other partners are coming up with their technology and expertise and TOM has to come up with some funding. From what I can see the Feed is going to prove to big investors that this technology is indeed good and investable for a 10000 barrel production.
For those wanting a quick profit, they may have to think again as this is going to take a year to get to 5 to 10p.

Wilson 2 I wonder what he knows. The directors clearly will not buy into to this apparent debacle yet they continue to take their feees and expenses no doubt. What a shower.

Sadly and REALISTICALLY the market is determining that bad news must lie ahead and now the board will be entering panic mode for various financial and technical reasons. Better to do something now than drift on. A placing will be have to be very substantial and must therefore really devastate the share price so investors will be wise to prepare for the impact which cannot be quantified.

Very much so. Expectations have been walked down across this botched 'trial' that has cost millions. There is realistically no stretch left in the elastic of hope. They stated 2 weeks ago that they would shortly hit 250 bopd but two weeks later had to report they were stuck at just 180 and not willing to confirm as to if this was extraordinary or a daily rate. What is not stated is often more important than what is. So this is the best effort and likely the cost of any production will significantly outweigh any meagre quantities they are able to squeeze out. The placing will ensure the drop below 0.5p. Each placing is a death by another cut. 1p will never ever be seen again apart from after the consolidation.

Many interests my friend. I post under that name only on this thread. I was not willing to be silenced by the moderator so it has become one of my pastimes. You see, the only sad thing is that so many can be so easily fooled. This moniker simply exists to be a counterweight to the foolishness, lies and hubris of the majority who have been sucked into this Ponzi scheme. Like helping out at a food bank, saving widows and orphans from being duped into believing this is a place to invest their limited savings is an act of altruism that I am happy to support. Rfart asked when the placing will be. I have not got the detail of the cash at hand. However, with a little intuition, impartial assessment and general base intellect, I would suggest within the next 6-8 weeks at the outside. Glad to help.

Any principled Director would, although not legally required, show allegiance to the risk taking investors by building a stake in a company they purport to manage.

This a part of the dismal situation but only a part!

The non exec directors probably have no confidence here. It's another income stream for as long as it can be made to last.
Anyway they have other directorial interests.
Incidentally 2 trade as being chartered accountants - make of that what you will - it does not mean they have entrepreneurial management skills which makes itself quite clear to the market.

Chart shows we should be bouncing from .68 which is just above the 38% retrenchment from circa 0.43 to 0.80.
