Whenever PQE release any news you always have to remember that they are fighting for survival. They will always try and spin information to their advantage and show them up in good light. They need big investment to move forward.

So if greenfield don't renew an agreement, then Tomco has no reason to exist

I agree Damac, except, I feel the Petroteq tweet was insinuating That the Revenue from the sale was their’s. Could be some TOM investors then sold to buy Petroteq.

What the writers of any rns for any company don't realize is that every word is read and dissected and analyzed letter by letter by shareholders. DF

We also have to remember that Greenfield may NOT decide to extend the current agreement if by the end of June they have satisfied “potential funders of the planned future commercial scale plants.“.

They also may extend but it would probably only be for the necessary period to satisfy lenders so the likelihood that Greenfield will be on POSP until the end of the year is slim.

Again, from the Greenfield Update on 1st June....

“In addition, Valkor, on behalf of Greenfield, is currently in discussions with the landlord of the POSP site to seek an extension to Greenfield's lease for a further six months from 1 July 2021. Should an agreement be reached, Greenfield would then intend to continue operating the POSP for as long as necessary in order to provide an appropriate demonstration site for potential funders of the planned future commercial scale plants.“

If u listen to the Stapleton interview he says that Greenfield will get repaid from production for the cash injected for the upgrades. I think then there needs to be further clarification for any income after that?

As always a bit unclear.

I also like the fact that the royalty agreement with PQE is on oil products only.
So the sand sales will have no royalty added to it.

Greenfield has entered into a non-exclusive multi-site license with Petroteq. The Petroteq License has been granted in consideration for the advance funding that Greenfield has provided in respect of the upgrades to the POSP.

For any future oil sands plants built by Greenfield utilizing the Petroteq Licence, a 5% royalty of net revenues received from oil products produced from oil sand resources at any oil sands plants will be payable by Greenfield to Petroteq. Other than the royalty, no further Petroteq License fees are payable.

George Stapleton, Petroteq COO, commented: "We are encouraged by what could become Greenfield's first step towards securing a site and mine to support a commercial plant employing Petroteq's Clean Oil Recovery Technology."

Vauch,

As no agreement has yet been made to extend Greenfield’s management & operation of the POSP until the end of the year, any RNS information can ONLY be relevant to the current situation i.e. until the end of June. If any agreement is made to extend that period then I’m sure we will be told the arrangements regarding sales in the extension RNS.

Also if we end up running the plant for another 6 month the off site supply paperwork needs sorting as this was only a temporary allowance until end of this month.

I reed it that the payment to Greenfield is only for the 250 barrels and the sand sold
as it is from the greenfield site.
It douse not say the sale of all oil and sand produced if we run the plant for another 6 months.
Unless it is our own tar sand being used in the proses.

Guys please start taking in the information that is given to you in RNS’s.....

From Greenfield Update RNS on 1st June

“Oil of sufficient quality and quantity has now been produced by the POSP to enable an initial shipment of 250 barrels of oil to be made. Greenfield is also working with a local specialist firm to identify potential customers for the processed sand. They have already taken an initial load of 40 tonnes and is anticipated to take a further circa 500 tonnes of processed sand over the coming weeks. All proceeds from the sale of oil and sand will be retained in Greenfield.“

Greenfield will be receiving the income from the POSP. As per Tomco's recent RNS on the matter.

Anyone with a normal functioning brain would not waste their life posting rubbish on a company they don't want to invest in.

Get a life and enjoy it while you can as life is very short, otherwise you will eventually realise and regret you've wasted years of your precious life. You will thank me when you realise this.
