I wait to see how we get from 250 barrels of oil for a 12 hour period to 5,000 barrels
a day then 10,000 barrels a day. DF

MG is possibly finding the non exec board to be more out of the picture than in. Not being investors themselves for whatever reason, he may wish to get shot of GF ie 50% in whatever way becomes apparent this Summer!

MG is a deal doer and GS is a smart operator. It is highly likely in my view GF will be acquired by Petroteq in toto so the consideration for TOM will be shares in PETROTEQ. This will give a combo of Valkor and Petroteq.

It makes sense if the prospects are as good as some say they are and subject of course to Petroteq's own financial status. The operation has to be controlled from US.

A very good evening.

Jay, there will be an AGM in the next few months, certainly I'd say before the risk of an approach. A chance for shareholders to make their feelings known. Might even go myself. Buy my mate marty half a shandy.

Hi J .. 5p would give us a market cap of over a 100 million pounds. That would do me
but of course I'd love more.

Without a bid and sale I don't know when I would sell.

Probably do something on impulse. DF

Ducky any thing early doors is not good news for LTHs. Because the takeout price will be lower

More progress , more value in the share price , the higher the offer

If the board want to resist any bid , they will explain the full value to be had down the road

At the end of the day it will be what the majority of holders want ,a takeover will be put to the vote

But as has been said before , different shareholders have different motivations , targets , timescales

You yourself said you'd be happy with 5p ...which to me is a very low price given the potential

Well I am, footy and ale. Enjoy the weekend Duckers. All will be revealed over the coming weeks/months. There will be ups and down and some share price manipulation. Let's just hope John keeps pushing the project forward. Production, revenue, FEED, 3rd party verification, financing, land deal completed, maybe a few unknowns....all in the coming months.

Duckers, if it wasn't good for Tomco shareholders it wouldn't be ratified. Any such move would certainly increase the value of your holding. Lots of work to do, lots to look forward to!

I suppose a lot depends on whether Valkor / Steve Byle see this as a good opportunity of a mega profit return OR a long term venture.

I assume Valkor could scupper any bid.

Ducky, I don't think there will be 3 involved once the goals mentioned have been hit. Tom, greenfield, Valkor could become 2 or even 1.

Hi damac .. I'm on a roll .. Sorry I don't understand Greenfield reversing into TOMco.

How on earth would that work. How would Valkor view that please.

I agree Stuart and wouldn’t rule out Greenfield reversing into Tomco for the listing.

Sorry SL .. what does corporate restructuring mean please.

I think there will be 'corporate restructuring' once/if Greenfield get financial closure on its plant and finalises the land deal. At that point Tomco's 50% in Greenfield would be worth much more than Tomco's market cap. Whether that triggers an RTO or takeover, its probably a couple of months too early to say. Still lots to do, however I think more progress has been achieved than the share price shows.

Thanks damac .. I think the potential bid for PQE will get the sharks circling.

Who knows Ducky 🤷🏻‍♂️

Greenfield don’t yet have suitable land, any plant or secured the required finance for any plant so you would like to think that they are not attracting any interest as yet.

However, they do own a multi-site license to use CORT. That in itself may make them a target, especially once 3rd party verification is confirmed and FEED published. And by default that would make Tomco a possible target, given their 50% stake in Greenfield.

Don’t trust anything that is claimed by PQE.

I don't know what PQE's game is. Hyper ramping! They didn't announce/tweet/mention the CO but quickly announced its removal, wrongly suggesting a part in its resolution. They shout from the roofs about production from the POSP but don't mention that the revenues are not going in their account. For the avoidance of any doubt the revenues from the POSP (until we hand it back) are 100% greenfields. Tomco have told us this, officially, and i have had it confirmed via the CEO.

Randy in his article states they are at 250 a day I copied the section.

However, progress has been made. Oil prices are up significantly. Per the 10Q for the six months ended February 2021, Petroteq has slashed G&A by more than 50% from $3.9 million in 2020 to $1.75 million in 2021. It has established production of 250 barrels per day which, if it continues, is a major step in the right direction. And it may have found an additional source of revenue through sale of clean sand for fracking and other uses.
