03/6/2021 10:21 | just let them go bust and pick up the lease and plant for peanuts from the receiver. :-) | rmart
03/6/2021 10:19 | Rmart it would make sense and i did wonder if Tom with a wealthy backer are behind the mystery purchaser | vauch
03/6/2021 10:16 | Damac, Surely Pertoteq could apply for a licence to bring in ore from their other leases to process? Not really bothered though. I can see Greenfield taking out Petroteq and having a ready made production plant whilst they go on to build their larger plant. | rmart
03/6/2021 10:15 | Damac getting closer to the issue. | the diddymen
03/6/2021 10:12 | jaynealex, I think in the event of PQE going bust, Valkor/Greenfield would be allowed to take on the IP as the current IP is so advanced from the original IP on the back of the plant upgrades carried out by Greenfield. | damac
03/6/2021 10:09 | A question If the unnamed company accumulating shares or agreement by selling party to sell them. Can the company use these to short with? | vauch
03/6/2021 10:08 | Very plausible Damac , I hope Greenfield are standing by to buy the IP if they do go bust !! | jaynealex
03/6/2021 10:08 | Vauch, As I posted last night, the process allows 2 types of oil to be produced, a sweet crude (13 api) and bitumen. | damac
03/6/2021 09:59 | Love you too little man! | thesageofsaint
03/6/2021 09:55 | Well that should put this argument to bed As we have heavy oil at end of proses not tar. Heavy oil also known a crude oil Also the sand looks like a great bonus also, as has no dust in it | vauch
03/6/2021 09:47 | Bye for now. Just wanted the signpost placed so you can’t say you weren’t warned. Take care out there. There is some nasty flu doing the rounds and you really aught to let your government pump some fluid into your body to keep you safe. Oh by the way, there is a company called TOM that will make you richer than Del and Rodney. Night night little ones. Daddy will tell you another story tomorrow night. | thesageofsaint
03/6/2021 09:45 | STUART TOM NEEDS A SKILLED ENGINEER PERMANENTLY ON SITE AS WELL AS A BAKER! GROAT ??? | lopodop
03/6/2021 09:42 | Will be a sweet drink when the elixir of reality is properly brewed and ready for tasting. Will be a 7am alarm call that will usher in a beautiful day for truth and reconciliation. But I need no thanks. My satisfaction will be the tears all you nasty vindictive charlatans and shills will shed. Mark my words, dilution is coming and even you, the deceitful odious cretin you are, will struggle to maintain your sociopathic composure. Cannot wait!! | thesageofsaint
03/6/2021 09:40 | Highly unlikely the plant will be turned back on.This is the opportunity for the state to close down the operation as per Bidens wishes,You don't know what you are up against with the CO,The share price will most probably hit .3 today....Blah, blah, blah... | stuart little
03/6/2021 09:35 | ah here comes the numpty.... just as blue arrives again. lol... | rmart
03/6/2021 09:33 | Alright chaps. Been a while and watched you all lather yourselves into a frenzy and then your realisation that your giddiness was yet another false dawn. The story is falling into place. The cash is now very low. The 'trial' is now over double the length first planned. Probably at least £100k week being spent on site. The dregs they produce will not touch the side in redressing the operational and capital costs they have and will continue to need. Net cash outflow is a haemorrhage that is bleeding funds rapidly dry. The story of needing to run for six months is the underpin to the justification for a cash call with this ruse being the 'sell' for the bucket shop touts. Placement incoming within 8 weeks but could be much sooner. Nothing left to push the price so expect a placing @0.4p or perhaps lower to raise at least £2m. Will take the float to over 2b and perhaps will also trigger the consolidation. | thesageofsaint
03/6/2021 09:33 | I wouldn't trust Petroteqs specific wording personally. But i do agree Tomco need to start banging their own drum! | stuart little
03/6/2021 09:32 | There's nothing in that Pqe update we haven't been told by Tom. Petroteq in promo hyperdrive! It smells iffy to me. | stuart little
03/6/2021 09:31 | yes Stuart 'anticipated' is a little different from 'Confirmed', typical of tomco to feed its shareholders watered down news. | rmart
03/6/2021 09:28 | "They have already taken an initial load of 40 tonnes and is anticipated to take a further circa 500 tonnes of processed sand over the coming weeks. All proceeds from the sale of oil and sand will be retained in Greenfield."From tomco rns. | stuart little
03/6/2021 09:27 | This is all about GS AND SB - can't investors see it. Tom and Greenfield - so what. Unless there are UK technical people on the ground continuously, this nonsense will carry on until the money dries up. | lopodop
03/6/2021 09:27 | As previously advised, a truckload of cleaned sand was collected by a nearby drilling fluids company for evaluation and testing. The initial evaluation showed the sand to be dust free and they have confirmed that they plan to collect up to an additional 500 tons for further evaluation, processing, and possible sale. Nice to have that confirmation too 'TOMCO' you halfwits, ffs keep us updated. | rmart |
