31/5/2021 20:58 | DF The issue is, as has been said many times, the JV arrangement is wholly unfavourable for TOM. IT was badly arranged by TOM and SB should be and is no doubt laughing all the way. STUPID BRITS. All the directors know it and what can they say or do! Investors have failed to see the obvious! | lopodop
31/5/2021 20:12 | I don't think Valkor will screw TOMco .. they are partners. I don't think Steve Byle is a greedy man. DF | ducky fuzz
31/5/2021 18:46 | Sitting watching this unfold and like many others I can't help feeling that Tom are going to get totally screwed. If this was going to be good for Tom then why is the share price not well north of 1p at the moment? Really do hope I'm wrong but been here before and it's never turned out well. Maybe, just maybe, this time...... As already been said, last roll of the dice! | bungeetrader
31/5/2021 18:16 | PQE 40% up again | andy197180
31/5/2021 17:03 | Total are being renamed total energie as they plan to move away from fossil fuels. | palace pete
31/5/2021 16:41 | Dream on Vauch ! Hahaha | jaynealex
31/5/2021 16:19 | Do the Dees have deep pockets? | vauch
31/5/2021 15:30 | So flip it on its head and what if Tomco are the buyer with a deep backer | vauch
31/5/2021 14:40 | AJJ if Total took over Petroteq and therefore owned the IP and upgraded processes , why would it bankroll greenfield ...it would get on buying its own leases and building it's own plants Anyway it's all speculation till we see what happens early July | jaynealex
31/5/2021 14:30 | TSX:PQE up 12% at open | busamitch
31/5/2021 14:22 | I don’t think it would be 50/50 but even if Tom ended up with 10 or 20% it would be massive for Tom. But there are billions of barrels in Utah oil sands so even if they were to remain independent and build their own plants it would be massive. They have a licence. | rmart
31/5/2021 13:47 | Valkor taking over Petroteq would worry me ! Valkor would then own the rights to the IP and all the process developments , that , according to that Nov RNS , belong to Petroteq , they could use Petroteq's Canadian listing Why would Valkor need / continue with Greenfield What non performance clauses are there in the JV with Tom , would they be good enough to force the continuance of the JV ? If you were Valkor would you be buying leases and building plants via Greenfield or on your own ??? Why share anything 50: 50 ...for a London Listing ...I don't think so I'm hoping the takeover is nothing to do with Valkor and that Greenfield's contracts with Petroteq and any subsequent acquirer for the licences / IP are water tight If ...and it's still an if ...if Petroteq is taken over | jaynealex
31/5/2021 13:46 | Afternoon rmart, will be fun watching if that is the way things unfold ;) Really strange that the percentage of the major four holders (assuming Valkor now have 20% not 14.5%) equates to 43% of the company, virtually the same percentage as the third party are trying to entice (200000/465000). One hell of a coincidence. Would a major third party, such as Total for example, be a better option to take over Petroteq and bank roll the building of the plants from a Greenfield perspective? | ajj2003
31/5/2021 13:29 | Great work, things are about to get crazy imo. If Valkor take over Petroteq I still think the Tomco London listing will come into play. | rmart
31/5/2021 10:53 | busa .. So Valkor would be in favour of this tie up you think .. | ducky fuzz
31/5/2021 10:45 | Well I hope the update has some informative details for a change. | vauch
31/5/2021 10:44 | A tenuous link between Uppgård Konsult AB and Valkor which may be entirely internet traffic generated. | busamitch
31/5/2021 10:39 | busa .. sorry I don't understand your train of thought. | ducky fuzz
31/5/2021 10:35 | Again from the_satori, LinkedIn page of Roger Uppgård: Who pops up, a certain Mr. Steven Byle and Madelaine Blair (of Crosstrails) >> "Found this in a German message board. Great Research. Just a possibility. English Translation Part II .... BUT look closer, for the boss of the company, here in the course the company confirms that Roger Lars Uppagard is the boss. uk.advfn.com/stock-m largestcompanies.dk/ Here also the official confirmation that he is the one. So and then go to the LinkedIn profile of Roger se.linkedin.com/in/r There he only has contacts with Valkor people from the management CEO, COO , General Counsel etc. That would all be a big coincidence wouldn't it? All just research and not a trading recommendation. I'm in, if this is true it will really take off." | busamitch
31/5/2021 10:01 | Well Petroteq certainly getting good vibes out there. Let’s see what our bod come up with in the next update, some long overdue positivity would be nice, but will they do it???? Fingers crossed that finally they issue a good solid positive update. | rmart
31/5/2021 09:36 | And Petroteq up on all German exchanges. | busamitch |
