On the face of it ,assuming Greenfield proceeds with its licences , and buys leases and builds plants , Tom is going to have very healthy income streams

Now normally that would be reflected in the share price

So what does the market know that we don't ??

What risks are lurking out there ?

Possibly deep divisions on TOM's board - hence silences. JP stuck with them and vv.

Non execs appear very inexperienced and unsuitable. TOM could do with GS and SB ON BOARD in lieu of MG & Co. Therefore how about merging TOM into PETROTEQ and ditching TOM.

Ref comments about will Greenfield have a dedicated PR side

Remember Valkor is a Private Company ...they'll be happy just to take the future income streams

It's only an issue for Tom

It's Tom that has to pull it's finger out and promote what is going on ...to get it's share price up

Of course assuming that's the objective !!!???

To me there's always a danger Valkor or someone else tries to takeout Tom at a very low value versus the future potential

Post all these placings there are probably alot of shareholders who would take a very low offer and be more than happy

Will Greenfield have a dedicated PR side to ensure the story gets out there should be one of the questions raised at the AGMs of both Tomco and Valkor. Given Valkor's size and contacts, very surprised of the lack of PR forthcoming from them. That is unless they intend to ramp things up on the PR front when output increased and new deal in place from July.

All comes down to the same old issue. Zero PR and NEDS who couldn't give a toss while drawing a healthy salary for doing zilch.Until Tomco finally gets a director who invests in the company, nothing will ever change.

It is the BOD's job and they simply refuse to do anything other than the odd rns. Yesterdays was great news but they do ZILCH to back it up. Total incompetence. IMO the big holders should call an egm for at least 2 to be fired and be replaced by a specific director of public relations.

If anyone is waiting for the current bod to be proactive and support the company it is just not going to happen. It is in TOMCO's DNA to ignore its shareholders.

Valkor is a private company ...they will just take the income when it comes flooding in from Greenfield

It's Tom with the problem ... we're the company with a listing ... we're the shareholders looking for future income streams to be reflected in the share price now ! ...were not in it for future dividends ...not right now anyway

Which always comes back to what's going on , what's this nomad playing at , is there an hidden agenda etc etc

You can't blame Petroteq , they recently were fighting for survival , now they're potentially fighting off a hostile bid , they'll do anything they can to drive the share price up and let shareholders know true value

They're not going to do joint share releases or mention Greenfield or Tom or valkor

I cannot imagine what the BOD do at Tomco. Today has been an ideal opportunity to share those tweets but they simply refuse to do anything. Totally and utterly useless bunch of salary collecting leeches. Not including JP who seems to be the only one doing anything, the rest are useless.

Robert Kirchner and Richard Horsman

Just what have you done for the company since joining tomco bod ?

I think it is the ‘herd’. They are used to TOM’S fluctuations. They have their own web-site. When TOM GOT TO 16-17%. And buying slowed, word went , start buying bring the share price down, and you will get another go soon.

Because basically, anyone that is a value investor and knows TOM, will Not sell on this news. Just my opinion of course. If a large seller would correct me with why to sell now. I would be pleased to hear.}

"value investor". Mixi could you tell me how PET and the Clontarf Kennel and CICC sit in the value investing category? PET have been 'working hard' for over 20 years and have done nothing except draw down directors salaries. CICC has been delisted for 8 years and there is no full audit trail of the assets.

Gambling maybe.
