Bigberty, I think because there is an offer to buy shares in PQE higher than the current share price Tom is a update on progress, which is making excellent progress, and will be getting revenue plus loans repaid.

If the offer to PQE is turned down, their share price will tank.

There is no ‘will’ about it goulding, they ‘have’ to, as per the agreement. Both loans due repayable on 2nd anniversary from advance or earlier, interest bearing at 6% per annum.

So, Damac, if greenfield start receiving revenue, will they repay both loans I.e. 0.5m + the initial 1.5m. That would be a real bonus.

Your comment about no more placings, also remember to factor in the loans repayable from Greenfield.

From 16th Nov. 2020 Placing RNS....

“Use of Proceeds

In order to facilitate the Company's future plans for Greenfield, which assumes successful POSP trials and the completion of the FEED study, the net proceeds of the Placing of approximately GBP3.2 million will be specifically utilised as follows:

-- US$0.5 million (approximately GBP0.4 million) will be loaned by the Company to Greenfield (the "Loan"), which together with the US$1.5 million already provided by the Company to Greenfield to upgrade the POSP, which as set out above, secures the new Petroteq Licence. Under the terms of the Petroteq Licence, the US$0.5 million will be invested by Greenfield into the POSP in order to satisfy the full consideration for the Petroteq Licence. The Loan will be unsecured and has an interest rate of 6% per annum payable at the same time as the principal of the Loan is repaid. The Loan is repayable on the second anniversary of the date of advance or earlier with the consent of both Valkor and TomCo or immediately on an insolvency event of Greenfield.”

Excellent RNS well done JP. All cash generated from POSP goes to Greenfield confirmed. Now let's ramp up production and run for another 6 months.

Possibly the best RNS we've ever seen here. Not much for me to add Ducky other than there will be no doubt be further news coming along soon. Site secured could be next.

Anyone want to calculate 250b(minimum) plus 3-400t a day revenue until year end versus the money Tomco lent Greenfield?

Well done John and all those that kept the faith. Strong future being built.

Fn.

A very well-written and comprehensive report. Does anyone recall the price of sand per tonne? Obviously, it may vary, but for the first time ever, TOM, through Greenfield will be receiving revenue.

If they can get a 6 month extension, and produce oil at 5000 bopd, getting cash From the plant, finance should be a doddle.

More good news WTI at $67.7 Per ton. If you add a premium for bunkering, plus sand sale, would anyone object to approx $100 pbo?
