I would put money on it Steve Byle is behind this. Then we will get the reverse into Tom for the London listing. That is my theory anyway BWTFDIK.

Thanks, that's what I was looking to calculate. So if they gather 30% of issued stock they will then have to make a formal offer to buy the company.

With PETROTEQ is doing so well, is indicative that the POSP testing by Valkor is successful. This should lead to a positive pre FEED report, to say that GREENFIELD can go ahead with their own plant.

Which answers some of the questions omitted by the TOM board. However, it is probably the TOM BOD preventing the TOM share price following a similar path.

my opinion is that so many consecutive bods at TOM have destroyed shareholder relations and confidence. We simply cannot get moving even with good news. It needs a genuine shake up with these neds gone and someone with a ball sac on the bod to look out for shareholders interests.

Whereby you point out where there are problems but to get to the root core of the problem you mention, here are my thoughts.

The BOD must act like a team with a strong leader. It doesn’t matter how big the team is. The best team in the country is Man City football team. They have in in Pep Guardiola as manager, a leader, for these reasons 1. Man management, respected by his players and the City management 2. Experienced In the game as a player, manager and serial winner 3. Tactically very astute 4. Makes strong decisions 5. Communicates with his players and the press.

Unfortunately our CEO has none of those attributes. He is inexperienced. Problems in the BOD would be stamped out immediately by a strong leader. We never know what is going on within the company. Communication skills are non-existant to the point of negativity. He has never brought out an rns without dropping the share price his rns’s always lack information. For example, basic as it may sound. He has never stated if the POSP is producing oil and sand. We are left to presume that is what is happening. So many gaps that could be filled and questions To be answered. He has been in Utah for 3 and a half weeks, and 2 rns’s. 1. The POSP has been shut down because of the licence. 2. Secondly, The POSP is now operational.

I have nothing personal against the CEO, but his record and failings that I have highlighted, speak for themselves. He is unfit for purpose and must go.
