my opinion is that so many consecutive bods at TOM have destroyed shareholder relations and confidence. We simply cannot get moving even with good news. It needs a genuine shake up with these neds gone and someone with a ball sac on the bod to look out for shareholders interests.

I have been banging on for months about SB coming on board. Get it DONE and the share price rerates to 3p+ in an instant. Come on JP, we know you read this, you are the only one doing anything, kick these dead ducks out.

Great news that we are producing though. But sadly not enough to make the share price move (again).

Sellers out today on TOM.Why? As usual our great leader has put no details on POSP progress in the rns. Exactly what fishy was complaining about with the last rns.Or no meat on the bones as you might say.

No it hasn't. As per the previous announcement "Greenfield strongly refutes the basis for the issuance of the CO and believes that it has been conducting operations in line with the site's existing permit held by Petroteq and the approved operational plan"Greenfield are already complying with the license. The approved operational plan changes, not the licence.

If wording has to be changed to accept interpenetration then the licence has been modified.

It doesn't say the license is being modified, it says they are submitting a Notice of Intent. To me this is not a change to the license, it is part of the planned operations documents, it is an interpretation of how the license will be implemented.

It is also interesting that Greenfield will work with Petroteq to extend the modified licence beyond 30th June.
And is it a condense that the Petroteq offer ends on the same day

Greenfield Update

TomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the US operating oil development group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, provides the following update in respect of the work being undertaken by Greenfield Energy LLC ("Greenfield"), the Company's 50/50 joint venture with Valkor LLC ("Valkor"), with respect to Petroteq Energy Inc's ("Petroteq") existing oil sands plant at Asphalt Ridge, Utah (the "POSP").

As announced on 18 May 2021, Utah's Division of Oil, Gas and Mining ("DOGM") issued a Cessation Order (the "CO") on 14 May 2021 in respect of the POSP's operations at the Temple Mountain Mine being operated by Greenfield. Greenfield is pleased to report that following a conference with the DOGM on 21 May 2021, Petroteq received notice from the DOGM on 25 May 2021 that it was modifying the CO so that operations could immediately recommence at the site. The modified CO will allow processing and testing operations at the POSP to take place until 30 June 2021. Operation of the POSP after that date will be subject to Petroteq submitting a complete Notice of Intent before 1 July 2021, satisfactory to DOGM, covering, inter alia, mineral processing methods and facilities, waste handling and management and reclamation plan. Greenfield intends to work with Petroteq with a view to ensuring that this requirement is met.
