paying them a fee ..

Ducky Fuzz, If you are referring to cash generated from oil sold, Greenfield are getting all of it until they vacate the POSP site.

But we know that the 2000bopd is nothing but a gleaming pot of fools' gold at the end of the story's rainbow. The next placing will be for general expenses behind a narrative that will be something like '...with the positive trial behind us, we now move forward with our object and we will be commencing across a 6 month project our technical feasibility assessment with our partners etc...' or '... whilst the last year has been challenging and disappointing in many ways, we remain positive and committed to our objective and intend to continue to work with our partners to establish the technical changes necessary to prove the operational feasibility of our oil recovery methods etc...'. The story actually does not matter, just that there is a story to pin future funding justification on. Remember this post any doubters as it will likely prove very prescient.

Freedom, yes everyday the accumulation of oil is continuing. A positive RNS should be forthcoming very soon. 1000+ barrels since switch on?

So, the facts: £5M raised since July 20 and an existing £360k in the bank at the time. Take off placing costs and £5M cash is far. In early Feb 20 you were told they had just under £2.5M. All we know is that $2m (£1.5M) has been 'loaned' to Greenfield. That means that outside of Greenfield funding £1m has been spent on whatever else. We do not know if more money has been loaned to Greenfield as there is no obligation to tell us, they only told us previously as part of the justification for the 2 placings. Irrespective, £2.5M spent on the only corporate activity there is in 7 months. We are now 3 months forward. They have spent more on upgrades than they knew about and had been included in Feb's statement, 4 more months' base overheads, and the recommencing of a 6 week trial that they had to stop due to poor production which was apparently cold related. I project that they are now down to no more than £1.5M. I believe the cannot allow the cash at hand to get below £750k or so, and this will occur before the end of July. So I forecast a placing within this time. If I am wrong show me how?

Going to take some advice from the great patriarch Fishy and be the adult in the room. The position that divides is simply those that believe what they are told and those that believe what they see. I challenge anyone that the hierarchy can only ever be that those with sight trump in their ability for perspicuous judgement those that can only listen to the words of others. When those that need to be told see something that conflicts with the narrative, they have 2 choices: challenge the narrative because of this new awareness, or hold fast to the safety of the narrative and either ignore or find ways to undermine the new contrarian fact. So we have the Tom invested and those that can see. The facts are there for us all. It is patently obvious they will need to place. My next post will tell you why and how you could have also established the same if you were brave enough to challenge your narrative.

I think in a weeks time, there will be pi's posting I wish I bought last week. If all goes well,TomCo will soon be on the map getting much attention, especially if the Americans get to hear of TomCo's progress. We shall see!

Are they actually available at those prices,when I tried trading a few years back on aim there seemed to no real separation of buy sell a lot of the time. The brokers made the monies on even small swings.

Yes traders doing well ! this share , for years , has done this , surge and decline , surge and decline ..I wonder if when the good news comes it will hold new levels

So far the traders have done alot better then Lths

Me I want a really good takeover price down the line ...makes the exit easier
