Currently running at @6 months delay on what was @6 month project when it was first presented. So that is 100% schedule overrun. Put to one side for now how horrendous that is from a project management perspective (the Gantt chart is now spread on two sides of the Porto cabin not just one), but given that TOM is fronting all the cost and none of the contractors including Valkor will be on fixed or firm pricing, then the cost overrun is very significant. That £3.5M will not go very far and the statement of '...enough cash for foreseeable... blah was historic and has been now very much overtaken by events. There will need to be a placing this year and it will come before they release the pending bad news. So be warned, habits are habits because guess what? They are habits!! This is all free advice and info chaps, and I don't even want any thank yous. Just glad to help.

The good fight will continue until this company has been universally exposed. Also be careful what you wish for, 2 days of sequential rises is the prelude to another placing. It's in the DNA!

SL what you have to accept is that a detailed examination of the recent financials reveals a host of queries which should sound serious warning bells to an experienced investor.
