Wow! Disgruntled former holders and stale bears have taken control here! Today's rns was factual which should lead to more factual RNS's over the coming weeks. Not expectations or guesses about production. Solid facts as they occur. Plant is switched on and will, fingers crossed, prove the concept that will take us forward. Today's news didn't deserve the sniping from the naysayers. All my opinion of course.

Following on from my last post, I think it is time that shareholders are brought up-to-date with the rabble that we have as directors and their salaries. Not heard a word from the NED’S that joined last year, and the new NED, we know nothing about him, he hasn’t introduced himself, said what he wants from the company. My understanding is that the Chairman is working full-time for another company, the CEO is unfit for purpose, IMO. None of them have shares in the company. I feel the whole lot should be fired and professional directors brought in to run the company.
DO NOT FORGET WE ARE PAYING THESES DRONES TO DO NOTHING.

RANT OVER

JP has placed himself in an impossible situation and the fault lies with the whole board who do not have expertise to handle this project. It is poorly structured from TOM's perspective and almost unworkable.

LOL! He has done it again. Good old CEO JP brings out an rns and share price drops. At least he is consistent. He should have added details of when, how much and future expectations. You couldn’t make it up. He has to go.

The cash flow forecasts are just forecasts. Reality may indicate an urgent need for a placing - another!

As for the so called directors, have any been over to Utah to find out for themselves what is actually going on?

Did the auditors go over? It would be difficult to carry out some AUDIT procedures without going there and inspecting the Greenfield operational costs and quizzing SB. No mention in audited accounts that BDO went there - why not?

Finally, TOM is an oil company and we should all be gratful that, thanks to VALKORS engineers, under the supervision of Stephen Byle, now producing oil with Greenfield.

From the accounts:-

Going Concern

The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for the period to 30 June 2022. Those forecasts, which include any capital expenditure committed at the date of this report, indicate that the Group has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future,

I would presume that date would now read 30 February 2022

Of course they could release the 2 drones of NED’s who have done nothing since appointment.

Could cut down JP’s flights to Utah, it can all be done by zoom. Then he has time to 1.)learn how to write an rns 2.) How a director should establish a working relationship with shareholders by regular communications.aimho

Oh dear indeed! The archbishop is becoming very heated. The scars of past investment here are still sore and the lessons are not being heeded!

Well this story will drag on for months and months as it twists and turns and investors' funds will toss around at the whim of the City boys.

What are you talking about you fool? You think this is news. What an utter dweeb you are. You are all living on Fantasy Island. You will never get it. Evened when your money gas gone it will be because of '...banks would not fund, JP is incompetent, the weather is Utah is just so changeable...' you are so meekly trusting and so contemptibly foolish to understand the charade. All these delays and dalliances with the storyline is just to get more time for each deceitful chapter. The same happened with Turboshale, the made it last nearly 2 years with similar delays and corporate drama (suspensions etc). Similarly eco shale. Everyone has a report that supports it which estimates zillions of gallons and technical feasibility blah blah. You are so gullible like babies in cots looking to mummy for all your needs. It is people like you that cower behind the sofa to the images of the 'Indian strain', you have all be had. Dear me!

Should investors not receive positive production news by this time next week, what are their options?
Do you think a further funding by TOM is on the cards?

Well that took some effort. Note JP did not comment presumably to conceal embarrassment.

All very vague. Is this the best JP can offer hapless investors?

Is the Valkor relationship under strain?

So here we are. No more excuses now.

I will assume for the benefit of the company that the switch on was yesterday and give them the benefit of the doubt that this is why there are no figures on production.

So now within a few days we should know how many barrels it is producing and if it achieves the targeted 250 barrels in a 12 hour shift.

I cant see why it needs 3 weeks?

Game on, NO MORE EXCUSES.

I'm still expecting news on production this week. The plant will have been running a few days to give them the confidence to put today's news out. It should be producing now or very soon. Little but peeved by the lack of detail today but first step taken.
