Correct TD-. Everywhere he goes he tries to make it an exclusive board , therefore eliminating anti rmart sentiment.... My opinion is that he is a complete bell_end

Ah well. This bulletin board can go back in the bin for a while.

This is no place for level headed thinking and reasoned debate right now.

I'll pop back after the production update, I won't be gone too long.

SoS, I am sure that rmart will be as proactive in answering the allegations as he is at banning posters from his ramping thread.

It is you who is misleading everyone. They raised £1.5M in July and £3.5M in November. The had only £2.5M left at the start of Feb. Let's assume they had no money at the time of the fist fund raise which know is not the case but it is in your not my argument's favour to do so. That is £2.5M spent in just 7 months. Assuming all spend is essentially linear, which it is likely to be with early capital cost and more lately op cost bias, and that they continue to spend at close to this rate, then they are getting close to only £1m left at the end of May. They will not want it to get much lower, so likely a fund raise in the next 8 weeks. I know you are a muddled headed moron (MHM) but do not misrepresent. The fact checkers are brighter than you so stick to make believe.

My response:Thanks RocketYes there is something very untoward here and I would not be surprised if insider activity is rife, indeed why would it not be from such a company with the history it has. Like the wider shenanigans that is happening around us with corrupt politics, globalist agendas, liberties being permanently stripped away each day and freedom of speech now accepted as just a notch on the post of history, people are waking up. Tom is a microcosm of this awakening. Those who have all their emotion and indeed financial investments in the old corrupt system cannot afford emotionally or financially to accept the plain sight facts, but they will eventually have to. Tom is a dud. A vehicle for exploitation. It needs us to keep up the exposure.

His response:Saint- thanks for your detailed reply regarding this sham CEO background, ....we have similar aims in unearthing liars and charlatans..... And the unethical relationship between BODs and share BB rampers .... For years rmart has attempted to ramp up Tomco's share price with so called " market expertise" , however I believe he had inside information regarding the future share price from the CEO to get in and out at the right time...... and in due course enabling a higher price for many capital raises.... You scratch my back I'll scratch yours.......of course he won't admit it..... However I feel heads will roll soon on this scam

My responseYes and sometimes he can be referred to as the Pillsbury Dough Man for those of a certain age. Firstly he has a certain 'chunky' resemblance and more importantly a reference to his principal academic qualification which is from the Fylde college of catering or some similar name for some tertiary academic institution for life's not so fortunate. But in his case, from cake maker to CEO of soon to be oil giant. You could not make it up. The question is was he employed as a perfect technical and experience fit or that he can take orders, irrespective of the ethics and is able look himself in the face each morning after squandering investors' hard earned. History and previous roles would tend us to only one conclusion. Pray tell the implied story between Rfart and yourself!

Here there 4 non execs and JP is on his own there - who is watching what is happening there apart from JP. And don't say SB because he has no connection with TOM apart from using its plentiful supply of cash. Really the non execs must be crazy to allow this situation. Everything hangs on SB's expertise and performance. What if he becomes sick etc? If he gets it wrong TOM will be in a real quandry as it has no technical expertise.

So you are of the view that funding is good through to June 22 based on the going concern note. Do you believe the Directors are that confident now? Fund raising takes time and it's timing is critical and dependent on TOM's current performance and market conditions. Can it be left until 22? Really?

Someone has tipped me off to a ludicrously desperate post by Lopodop on the other thread were he is again deliberately trying to mislead investors in Tomco by intimating that the company is not fully funded for the coming year.

All recently new investors in Tomco, should refer to the Tomco 'Final Results for the year ended 30th September 2020' RNS which clearly states:

"Going concern

At 9(th) February 2021, the Group had cash of approximately GBP2.45 million.

The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for the period to 30 June 2022. Under the forecasts, the Group plans to engage a third-party engineering evaluation of a commercial scale plant design based on the Petroteq oil recovery system and potentially secure a site on which to build a commercial scale plant. The forecasts indicate that the Group has sufficient funds to complete these tasks and to ensure its ability to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and at least until 30 June 2022. On this basis, the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.

Further funding may be required if the Directors decide to explore the opportunity to develop a commercial scale oil sands plant or to further advance the RF technology.

The Directors note that COVID-19 has had a significant negative impact on the global economy and oil prices have been volatile, which may mean it is harder to secure additional funding than it has historically been. Notwithstanding this, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that they can secure additional funding, based on recent successful fundraisings, should it be required."

You will learn pretty quickly that there are certain posters around the Tomco threads that are only intent on trashing the company for their own personal gain. These posters will go to the extent of posting 100% fabricated lies and are regularly caught doing so.

The directors are no doubt delighted by the loyalty shown by TOM investors and the high degree of confidence expressed on the various boards. And all without any uptodate news and despite numerous delays. The Directors may conclude that investors have more knowledge than the Board itself.

A bit school yard. Come on grow up a little. It has all been said. But once again for those that do not understand. If this where just about to blow into a multi-bagger because of some remarkable news, you mugs would be the last to know. The city boys would have called a placing and loaded up with these gold tokens. Your board would have mortgaged their homes and jumped in, given they know what is actually happening good and bad. But none of this is happening. Why because it is only the fools that are believing the fairytale. Even if they are able to deliver 250bopd in some extraordinary day shift this is still just half what they promised and taken twice as long as assured against the last placing. There is no eureka RNS pending there is no eureka news never has been never will. The best you can hope for is 250bopd, a claim of success and then the next stall as they wait for $140m. ROFL!!!

See this is why I am needed to stop liars and charlatans holding sway. Just a ten bod gambler. This may have spiked for a day at 1.5p but that was before the doubling of the equity in the last placing. Also before a doubling of the timescale for what is seemingly the interminable project to squeeze just 250 barrels of oil out of some Utah sand. Petroteq were doing this routinely and could not make it pay. But with your illustrious cake maker in the seat no worries. So 36jay stop your ridiculous ramping. Is 36 you age or IQ? Perhaps both now that would be a nice coincidence!
