Really cheese toastie, that is how you want to try score points....

Isn’t the real question what or who is the reason the share price is showing considerable weakness. As always, try to look beyond the obvious answer....

LSE posts have hit an all time low today, led by TG bum boy, BradSmith. He really needs lockdown to get over so he can reconnect with people in real life rather than online.
They really want to talk about why the share price is not moving given recent developments and news. Instead all Brad can do is focus on Donk, the only guy that consistently for 3+ years criticised everything Tlou and its A-hole promoters had to say.
What he forgot to also say was that Donk recently shared his view he felt Tlou was now in a much better environment and the horizon finally was looking much brighter.
Amazing how some people find what is staring them straight in the face hard to accept, especially when emotionally this would require them to accept how much total sh1te they have posted for years.

There's no heart in what you've written and I don't blame you. Yet another dilution but not for us and announced at4,35. Must be bots pensions that got them. We'll drop about 10%.Its never ending.

I don't think we are far off, finally making the title of this very old thread a reality.

It's been a long haul, but for those of us that have stayed in, the rewards will come and soon.

There's no way I could buy my current holding at these prices.

A friend of mine said that Tlou is on the verge of creating "generational wealth"

Nice and quiet, under the radar.....:)

Apologies for the repost from LSE - I don't go there very often but after today's funding announcement, which taken on face value looks like "Oh no, another placing....but perhaps not. From a very knowledgable poster (ie, not me)

What an interesting developmentToday 21:22
The company opened a window at 16:35 for close no later than 18:00 to raise £2.6m explicitly for poles and wires - and the RNS appendix tells us it was for invitees only and bids could be pared down and the book filled in short order.
With those conditions the company MUST HAVE divined significant demand for the stock. We whall see, of course, but this punter would not be surprised to see a tr-1 or two in the near future. Who from? Chatter has it that hedge funds/Institutional Investors are the 'invitees' being admitted - who else has £2.6M available in 85 minutes after hours?? Seriously now!
The cash is to expedite the poles and wires, down which Tlou can send our already awarded 2MW PPA. And we won't be paying any interest on the money. This bypasses the due dilligence the BPOPF was carrying out. Tlou have just paid for the poles and wires themselves. At the end of February the share price was at 3.05p. Now the company have placed at 3.50p and the poles and wires underway from company funds. Smart business.
And what of those joining the party, paying 3.50p for 75m shares? What's in it for them? Well, they wouldn't have offered the cash without significant expectations. And that surely means that the PPA is nailed on for 10MW, and perhaps to 25MW to utilise the capcity at Serowe.
Meanwhile Botswana has been put on notice that, at 85 minutes notice, the City will stump up the development cash. Got that?!
All most interesting.

The looney lads on LSE are incontinent with excitement over Tlou chances of success in award under the 100MW PPA negotiation in progress. And then with switching Orapa 90MW across from diesel to gas.
Great lads over on LSE; always second to everything !!

I thought posters on here moght be missing donkeywho is now posting on LSE chatroom.

You might wonder why such a knowlegeable poster, who knows his audience so well, gave up here? Could it be he does not?
I am Mr Smith - he is mrmoagi

Here is his latest missive ....

"We know what TG said - Mr Smith has reminded us all on this multiple times. Did Mr Smith ever stop to wonder if, when TG said what he said, did he expect to have to wait an unforeseeable 5 years before things might finally get going for Tlou.....
Because I am pretty sure TG did not expect the last few years of false starts .....
If I could respectfully request something of you Mr Smith, that would be that you appreciate that the greater majority of posters following Tlou are pretty aware of the history (good and less good) and actually what I believe most of us would like from here on is to talk, exchange views and debate what we see happening ahead (hopefully good but ignore Govt slow progress at one’s peril)....."

I think the Solar is the big hidden story here - gives a nice environmentally-friendly power source, backed up with huge reserves of Coal bed methane for the night time. Botswana has some of the best sunshine in the world for Solar power and the 20MW of solar they have sign off for can be up and running pretty quickly once the connection to the grid is done.

I'm hoping for sign off of the power purchase agreement with the Bots govt soon and details of the funding straight after.

Certain Multi bagger. :)
