13/10/2020 13:36 | Why don't the pump and dump mob move on. Anybody who buys a share with what they read on here needs certified. | liartidd
13/10/2020 12:36 | Is Tlou worth a punt? That is all an investment in Tlou basically is. AGM is on 27th October, so my sense is they are getting whatever latest progress news out there in advance. That they, Gilby doesn’t get hammered at AGM for lack of progress for well over a year. Tlou needs long term funding which can only be secured if they contract with BPC of the interim 2mw power supply &/or if they secure the 2-10MW PPA under the 100mw tender of 3 years back. Obvious question for the AGM is why the continual delay in Botswana and, if this current mini-rally in share price is to be believed, will things get moving or is this just yet another false dawn. Pays your money .... | donkey40

13/10/2020 11:20 | Hello Donkey - you still invested here? Is this worth a punt again?? | mgellie

12/10/2020 12:54 | On the way back to10p. | regandharry5
05/10/2020 19:24 | Normally I would agree with you. But 2 reasons why I don’t in this instance. First, they need a flow of sustained proper news to convince punters back here. There are few gullible shareholders left to take advantage of after so experience of past 2 years. Second, the AGM is 3 weeks away and they are cranking up news in next 7-14 days so Tony and team are not embarrassed at the meeting. My (extremely small) bet here would be they have found someone to partner with - another Aussie partner most likely that has $$$ to invest. | donkey40
05/10/2020 16:18 | They wnt the buying is down to this being pumped up quickly for a new placing or p n d merchants Stay out | justtrying1
05/10/2020 14:22 | I await some news next week - nicely timed so Tony can stage manage (as always) the messaging .... | donkey40
04/10/2020 10:55 | Yes financing is a worry as nothing can move forward now without it. I agree that to a point they have been saying there are a number of interested parties in addition to the government willing to finance The project. But I think may be the cost associated with these additional companies is restrictive and expensive. But I think it must all come to head soon as things can’t drag on indefinitely. On a another point yes TG has been successful in the past but past performance is no indication of future success. Which is why I have never mention his past. And as in any business you are only successful as your current project. So currently the jury is out. | gmonkey007
04/10/2020 10:20 | What if dewatering isn’t the problem it appears to being made out to be? | donkey40
04/10/2020 09:58 | On another point I think Tg did under estimate how difficult it would be. But I would say he is resourceful and flexible in his strategy to not bog himself down if things get sticky. Yes the dewatering is taking longer than one hoped .. but from what I have read this not unusual with new CBM projects it is very difficult to predict timescales in advance and to some degree it could be advantageous in terms of gas flows in the end.. if it ever gets that far.. so in the mean time he has brought in the solar power option to keep things ticking along and also may be aid finance. And yes finance is taking an age to sort too.. but I guess this Africa and everything takes an age to sort. I for one hope this project is successful not only for myself and all the other investors but also for the people and the country as a whole. But I guess only time will tell | gmonkey007 |
