Posted at 12/2/2024 21:53 by binghall Thanks Malcolm, I have a separate line of the shares purchased (cash was available) but the shares are showing as a separate price and with the description '(DI) Reg S Cat 3'. Not sure if this is just awaiting admin confirmation to combine the holdings. |

Posted at 26/9/2023 14:08 by angersharkz The guidance for cash at year end hasn’t changed still expected to be between $10-$20m so I wouldn’t expect it necessary to draw the credit facility…..but it is there if needed. Although it would certainly be preferable to remain debt free if possible. The wording in the half year report centres around addressing costs so I can’t see them burning through as much cash in H2 but we’ll have to wait and see come the year end report. Alex will have to shape himself pronto and turn things around…..TBLD has had loss making years before and turned things around so he’ll have to do it again. |
Posted at 26/9/2023 12:53 by angersharkz ‘there is no floor for where this stuff could trade.’Well, there is a floor it could trade at, it could go to 0p. Given that the share price is currently about 8p it doesn’t have a great deal further to fall. With a market cap now of just £16m ish you would effectively be buying free money if the company can hold on to the $20m net cash by December this year. Plus there is a revolving undrawn credit facility of $35m which will give the company some breathing room over the next 12-18 months to address current issues. The market currently values all company IP’s and titles at $0…..and on that basis I picked up my last trench of these this morning and will let it ride until the fat lady sings. |

I see this investor has updated his research - an excellent read: kimchi1 - 16 Jul 2023 - 16:45:28 - 252 of 338 Tiny Build Games - TBLD " Tinybuild IPO price March 2021 £1.69. Started trading at £2.13p. " Current price 0.0975 Gotta love AIM, the laughing stock of the World's markets Hoping the CEO takes it private at 20-30p or a competitor buys it on the cheap as doubt any institutions will touch this now. Anyone else still holding ??? kimchi1 - 15 Jul 2023 - 08:54:57 - 251 of 338 Tiny Build Games - TBLD The CEO isn't doing himself any favours though ... kimchi1 - 14 Jul 2023 - 15:57:50 - 250 of 338 Tiny Build Games - TBLD Mostly buys this afernoon - still a few available at 9.75p currently. Hopefully bottom is in now. GLA. kimchi1 - 12 Jul 2023 - 14:20:21 - 249 of 338 Tiny Build Games - TBLD Catabrit - looking back it seems this was over-hyped at IPO with lots of positive media coverage. In the current climate we know how markets react to poor results coupled with uncertain outlooks. Especially in relation to AIM listed stocks. I have a sensible portfolio paying out very nice dividends, but occassionally like a gamble and this really seems to be pricing in the worst possible scenarios now. With an average of 10.66p I'd probably off-load a few at 20-30p though. Sadly I don't really consider anything on AIM suitable for long-term investing, it seems to only ever offer opportunities on crash stocks and post-fundraise situations. IMHO, DYOR, GLA. kimchi1 - 12 Jul 2023 - 12:30:29 - 246 of 338 Tiny Build Games - TBLD Some chunky 125K buys going through. @hatfullofsky - how likely is your suggestion of the CEO taking it private ? |

Posted at 20/6/2023 12:01 by disc0dave45 AngerDon’t know what your issue is tbh. This is on my watch list (has been for a while) and I will continue to post my views. No comment I see with regards to evidence that Alex says he wants to buy shares but waiving rule 9 won’t instigate him buying despite how much the share price has crashed. Yes IMO him buying will show the market conviction and confidence in the business. Don’t recall ever saying I’ve no interest in buying these, I’ve said why should I buy if the CEO has zero desire to purchase any despite his words. He dips into his pockets and I may do likewise…..the So excluding “other income” which I take was and is a one off, their bottom line profit FY22 would have been $400k. There could be 33% share dilution, IMO they are burning through cash due to excessive admin and Capex costs so need to raise more funds. Plus there is a seller overhang, so why buy now? |
Posted at 16/6/2023 16:24 by angersharkz Disc0dave45 - The gaming industry has absolutely no connection to AI in the slightest and the purpose AI serves. It would be like putting electric cars and a kettle into the same bracket because they’re both electrical.Alex already owns almost 40%. He’s actively and unmistakably ‘in’ here and it’s in his interests for the company to succeed. Are Goldman Sach’s shorting this or was it just a guess? A stock like this won’t be for everyone. I see enough in the margins and profit forecasts to have a punt on this one considering the drastic demise of the share price over the last few years with little in the way of justification looking at the numbers. |
