OuchThis looks very company specific/ to do with (Luke's?) overhang....as compared to competitors it looks hugely undervaluedI too have written before about concerns regarding the CFO looking a bit light weight as well as dropping the COO role from the structure coupled with massive hiring, which seems out of line with the development pipeline unless it leads to some blockbuster titles.....but that alone wouldn't justify what has happened during the last 2 trading days IMO

Someone is offloading huge chunks Nothing to do with placing. Just illiquid and someone selling 250k shares at least in one chunk today and daily big sells.

Fair point: Excluding $2m one-off items in 2022 (2021: $5.5m), operating cash flow increased by 13% to $21.3m (2021: $18.8m).

What’s their future contingent considerations?

Disc0dave45 - I’ve bought in very recently and I’ve got some more cash on the side to pick up a few more if it goes under 30p. I’ve watched this trickle down for a while and there isn’t anything in the publicly available information that warrants such a decline.

I have digested what you’ve said and responded accordingly? Which part of my responses are incorrect? If you don’t want to or can’t repeat such a poignant issue then what are we talking about lol?

There’s clearly some intense selling pressure on this at the moment. We don’t know the exact cause of it but I suspect it will come out in the wash very shortly. Sure, we can all speculate but until I have some solid information one way or the other this looks like an absolute bargain.

AngerQ&A Investor Meet Company 30th March 2023.Question 17 - Alex will you be buying more shares?Alex - "yes I absolutely would, expect measures to be taken that would allow me to do so at a general vote". Namely a waiver of rule 9 as I've posted numerous times. Didn't take the major holders at SHOE long to get their vote and buy shares. Perhaps it's all in hand?.They were also asked about the persistent seller and is it any members of the board?, they replied nobody on the management team has been selling - but Luke had already resigned with immediate effect on the 29th March, so make of that what you will.

Who knows but this statement indicates cash is under control.

Outlook
-- The pipeline for 2023 and beyond is strong and includes a number of larger budget games alongside continuous investment in the catalogue including updates, DLCs and console launches.
-- The timing of these investments and of new releases means that the net cash position is expected to dip lower in the first half of 2023 and to improve in the second half of 2023 to rise above $26.5m by the end of December 2023, excluding potential unannounced M&A.

Was about to ask the same thing, been on my watch list but I don't understand the fall. They have cash. Could a legal battle be on the cards with Luke and Alex ?
