Gotta love AIM, the laughing stock of the World's markets

Hoping the CEO takes it private at 20-30p or a competitor buys it on the cheap as doubt any institutions will touch this now.

Mostly buys this afernoon - still a few available at 9.75p currently. Hopefully bottom is in now. GLA.

Catabrit - looking back it seems this was over-hyped at IPO with lots of positive media coverage. In the current climate we know how markets react to poor results coupled with uncertain outlooks. Especially in relation to AIM listed stocks.

I have a sensible portfolio paying out very nice dividends, but occassionally like a gamble and this really seems to be pricing in the worst possible scenarios now.
With an average of 10.66p I'd probably off-load a few at 20-30p though. Sadly I don't really consider anything on AIM suitable for long-term investing, it seems to only ever offer opportunities on crash stocks and post-fundraise situations. IMHO, DYOR, GLA.

hey reverse indicator is back lol !! The Magnifiicent One made a tidy profit on GKP ready to be reinvested, I hear.

Nobody is in Tinybuild anymore, keep up you loser! Made a massive profit from sub 10p to 14p+

BUT look at FDEV results and shareprice action, could the same happen again here ?

Await results and eventual selloff then potentially pile back in.

Still laughing at all your wrong calls recently: IOG, WAND, BELL, GKP... the list is ENDLESS !!!

Evening all.

Just scanning today's trades as MIGHT buy a few tomorrow. This one in particular is very very intriguing:

31-Aug-23 09:16 @ 22.375p Qty: 350,000

Well over the ask price of 20p at the time, and price jumped to 23p straight after. Always a good sign if the big guys are accumulating.

Potential re-bound tomorrow ? Or too risky ?

Cash is draining out of this. $22 last year and this years trading conditions means it will swing to a massive loss and even more cash will drain out of it.

Worth looking at the related party transactions to see where some of that cash disappeared to: seems that if you are the wife of the CEO you are doing rather well huh.

The wife of the Company's CEO is a member and manager of DevGAMM LLC and pursuant to an agreement tied to her continued service to DevGAMM LLC, her membership interest in the company increased from 40% to 51% during the year ended 31 December 2021
The wife of the Company's CEO is the founder and CEO of DevGAMM LLC. During the period, DevGAMM LLC paid dividends totalling $148,000 to this related party, in lieu of salary, including compensation for the previous two years.
During 2022, the Company also acquired Boss's IP Catalogue for consideration of $3m. Henrique Olifers, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, is the Founder and CEO of Bossa. As a result of this relationship, the IP Catalogue acquisition represents a related party transaction in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies. The Directors of tinyBuild, excluding Henrique Olifers, consider, having consulted with Berenberg, tinyBuild's nominated adviser, that the terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable in so far as shareholders of tinyBuild are concerned.

Plenty of cash and an unused credit facility with Bank of America of $35m !!
