Yeah, it's been super flat after a leg down then back recentlyAnyone have any intel on the order book profile/ overhang dynamics as of late?I'm hanging on, somewhat nervously, hoping that the indie-game category has legsOther than the overhang, the things on my mind are the quality of the CFO and the way communications are handled in general, the decision to dissolve the COO role & what operational controls have/ have not been introduced together with that move, as well as the cost implications of significant hiring which needs to demonstrate value for money if it's not simply to dent erode marginsThoughts?

Interesting potential takeover of Rovio by Sega

I'd think Rovio are almost a playbook for TBLD if they are to be successful

Strange to see a normal mornings trading. Normally I 'm scratching my head at the Machiavellian games taking place.

John
What you posted was illogical, hence the smiley face I posted and the not wishing to offend comment……;didn’t say there wasn’t a seller as I’ve posted previously IMO it’s Luke, but yesterday if what you say was correct then there wasn’t a seller.
The CEO’s hand out to his wife, the fact he’s not buying and using Rule 9 as the excuse should have been sufficient for folks to be more patient in buying here……not to mention the earnings miss by some margin…..all IMO and wtfdik.

He banked £56million at IPO, so I doubt he really cares about the share price. Luke Burtis pocketed £23million also. Hes probably selling the rest of his holding now.

None of the board have bought any shares, even down here. That tells a story.

CEO's stake has fallen by $200m now. I'm not surprised, shareholders being treated like mugs.

Hi JohnIf most sells are buys then ergo there isn't a seller in the background, no offence but only those dealing and doing the trades know whether they are sells or buys......the rest is guess work :)

Why was Alex's wife paid a dividend of £148k in H1?.....appreciate she owns controlling share (51%) of Devgamm but why is Tinybuild paying a subsidiary CEO a dividend?, don't get it and more to the point Tinybuild shareholders aren't getting any such return.I'm beginning to doubt the way the business is being managed. Not an expert on the takeover code (Rule 9) but I noticed the other day founders of Shoe Zone made a waiver not to takeover the business as their share buyback increased their percentage stake which would have triggered an offer, so the process and voting sign off can't be that time consuming......Alex has had two years to think about buying shares as theyve continued to fall - perhaps his capital diminishing isn't his priority, don't know but syphoning off £148k to his wife suggests otherwise.

I'm only guessing, could be way off but Alex does strike me as a brilliant entrepreneur but has a domineering character. Will go back and check the trades again to see if Luke may have gone below the 5% threshold (would he have to report at 6%?).

Good point Dave - it could be Luke selling out. According to Stockopedia, he has 14.2M or c 7%.... but might hvae shifted most of thse by now. Would have thought management could at least have alluded to this yesterday if that was the case though.
