24/5/2022 07:17 | With a date being set for the AGM, would we think things would be done before then? Or surely that meeting is going to be very up in the air | ![]() griffo221
24/5/2022 07:15 | It's going to be another busy day. Press still pushing this 3 billion deal which I am not happy about. Its like a hypnotist with a swinging pocket watch repeating it over and over until everyone thinks 3 billion is a great deal. MM rejected a bid for 4 billion back in 2018 on 770 million turnover and when Ingenuity was in its infancy. IF split THG is worth way more than 3 billion. At least this article is positive about a serious bid so little steps :) | ![]() billionarebob
24/5/2022 07:12 | SHORTS ARE RAPIDLY CLOSING. ALL 3 WITH A HOLDING OVER 0.5% HAVE REDUCED IN THE LAST 2 DAYS. BLACKROCK HAVE GONE FROM OVER 0.5% TO 0% IN 2 DAYS. ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW! IRONY, THEY CAN MANIPULATE IT ON THE WAY DOWN, WHEN IT STARTS RISING, THEY WEEZSLE THEIR WAY OUT. RIGGED AND CORRUPT | ![]() zb27
24/5/2022 06:51 | Nick Candy buys £1.4m stake as he mulls bid for The Hut Group | ![]() boix
24/5/2022 06:28 | BodgeSeriously, whatever you say, the share doesn't the opposite. It's actually the best indicator of direction when you type...Congrats for being wrong on every post you've made...that's 100% success rate ...Warren B could learn so much from you | ![]() roughandtumbleone
24/5/2022 00:30 | Absolute gift today and first thing tomorrow to pick up the stock and make at least 30 percent gain when bids come in at 200 pence plus.Moulding will sell between 200 and 250This is now by far my largest holding | ![]() ch1ck
23/5/2022 23:58 | With 11% ownership, the general public, mostly comprising of individual investors own a small chunk of the business. If THG's controlling parties hoovered up just 6% between them then they would only have to buy out the remaining 5% to take it private. With such a small percentage they could offer much more favourable terms. This would appease LTH and THG share holding employees and give MM more credibility as he exits the square mile. | ![]() billionarebob
23/5/2022 23:55 | Can't make my mind up.if the shorts were let to escape for free or gullible PIs scared to sell. After all someone sold to them | ![]() 1licker

23/5/2022 23:04 | lodge do you still think THG is heading for 50p ROFL What a muppet :) | ![]() billionarebob
23/5/2022 22:49 | Griffo agree - house keeping first from the big players. Shorts have to close, and they will leave in a 'managed' way, like Blackrock and Voleon with after hours trades. Many of them will go along grabbing all they can from impatient PI's. Once they are set, they will let this rocket. Look at Blackrock, single biggest signal to see what is happening here. Opened short before Takeover RNS, and then they close it immediately within a day or two! | ![]() london07
23/5/2022 22:44 | DilIf share price is higher then the offer will have to be higher. Both interested parties are buyin in the mkt so something happening. | ![]() neo26
23/5/2022 22:38 | The people with the real money can manipulate this where they want whilst they are housekeeping. Let the big boys fill up low lets them get rid of small PI at a slightly better rate keeping more happy is how I read it | ![]() griffo221
23/5/2022 22:36 | When do you see a realistic resolution if this is the pathway ? IPO makes sense, keeps the peace all round, would like to think thats realistic as your scenario makes sense. Selling for 2 or 2.5 really doesn't not at all | ![]() griffo221
23/5/2022 22:35 | So why isn’t this trading at 170p plus ? I’m no novice , no ramper or deramper and have a small buy position but something don’t make sense here. | ![]() dil 21
23/5/2022 22:29 | Well Bob they won the battle but not the war. City now trashed for tech IPOs so its a one off as you say. The FSA proven it's gutless yet how much does that shower cost the taxpayer? No chance of the darling ARM listing now happening in London. Ah well goodbye London hello new York and Franfurt Another nail in UKs once golden goose Well done | ![]() 1licker
23/5/2022 22:28 | The broker darks pools had enough liquidity built over the previous few months to allow their shorts to close. This took planning but clearly many longs folded when it dipped into the 70s. | ![]() boix
23/5/2022 22:27 | IPO price makes sense in this scenario. | ![]() boix
23/5/2022 22:24 | Well they can only drop it to let shorts exit if people are daft enough to be spooked into selling at this stage Nowt stranger than folk! | ![]() 1licker
23/5/2022 22:22 | Agree Boix I reckon MM has IPO price as his target and then he can move on and put the whole sorry experience behind him. The way the London Stock Exchange and the wider media has treated THG is disgraceful. The company has smashed all IPO targets and has been beaten down using underhand tactics. The business has improved as the share price collapsed. I personaly believe there is more value in THG's individual parts than the 5.00 IPO. However, if offered 5.00 I would accept the offer :) | ![]() billionarebob |
