It’s your view, we all have different views of course. Personally its undervalued imho but also not in favour with the city yet so Algorithms and low volume drive it lower. Will the new appointment change that, time will tell. Prediction for today, up, down up a bit more and finish around 88 ish. Let’s see

Markets look roughly flat this morning although THG often goes it’s own way anyway? - We need to get the results out there and then we can move on.
Too much uncertainty at the moment.

Charles Allen has a higher profile amongst Private Equity rather than the City.
In the City he has a rather more chequered history especially regarding share price performance.
But a good signing for THG nonetheless.
If PE eventually provides a route out of the current position then Charles Allen will certainly aid the process although he is also very grounded concerning valuations.
But overall I believe his knowledge and contacts within PE will help provide the best exit for all but it won’t happen overnight.
