104p looks ok today but on results days?
Who knows?
They certainly have their work cut out given macro economic outlook and their track record?
I don’t give advice.
Best

Over time I believe these will go up and the nay sayers will post 101 reasons why it is about to collapse.
I do wonder what their motive is, charity work for us plebs?

It's not like I bought at 700p, 600p, 500p, 400p, 300p, 200p, it's about 104p average.
Am more than comfy, thanks.

Ok, thanks for the advice.
I am happy with my average here, I try to time my entry then hold for the medium term, if I listened to the nay sayers on these boards, I'd panic sell on every short term drop.
You have your approach, and I have mine.
Time will tell.
Good luck with your investments, what ever they are.

hamham, yes you just relax while the competition starting to slow down it's sales like SUPERDRUG announcement.

Rule number 1 in investing never take your eye off the ball.

Rule number 2 never treat shares like family and friends.

Here my average is about a quid, so I am still under water, but relaxed.

Most of the retailers had a boost in their share prices today so HUT isn't alone.

However SUPERDRUG is upping the anti with its new platform and to sell hundreds more products thus increasing the competition in the sector:

Whichever way you look at it SUPERDRUG will pinch some market off the competition.

Boix, agree it's wide, but not all the market, these are some I have tagged for potential multi-baggers, in my world ...
THG, BOO, ASOS, CPI, STX, POLY, EVR, COST, BAB, WG.

Those who lost money, sold out or who think they have missed the boat (not yet?) can stick out a bit, but they on all boards.

It’s in a trading range at the moment.
Break down or up?
Nothing certain either way until it breaks support or resistance.
Extra uncertainty is the results day.
Today was a market wide bounce especially retailers, airlines etc - even M&S!
Been in and out of this past few months so not held and lost all the way down as many.
Modest position at the min but waiting for confirmation either way before committing any more.
Results day will be critical and might avoid that altogether?
No big loses here actually lost more on ITV on good results (uncertain outlook?) but that still tanked.
Expect THG Q1 numbers to be very poor but depends on outlook?
But at the moment even good numbers are punished anyway.
DYOR.

When you say underwater are you referring to a specific level of share price? If so what level Of share price are you referring to?

To be fair, this was 530p just 6 months ago, with nothing new, other than 2 quarters of increased sales.

Just ride the wave, am not going to try and trade the peaks and troughs, lost count the amount of times I ended up buying back in at a higher price than my sell :)
