But it noted that there was no certainty an offer would be made
There is also no details on the terms for any potential deal

Algos can swing it up and down all they want. Let's see where we are end of April, May, June etc.

I would reckon 'bags' from here. Many say its a tech stock, nasdaq is down. OK, last 6 months Nasdaq down 6%, THG down over 85%. Algos have been programmed incorrectly, seems like one of the mathematicians have got the equations and rules completely wrong! Haha.

Many as always will have a lifetime of regrets, scratching their heads thinking why in the world did we not buy more when it dropped so low! Hindsight sometimes a very painful thing.

Non exexutive resigns for family reasons, the stress of the underperforming share price getting to the lass I suspect and possibly disrupting her family life. Oh well it happens all the time but not the news the bulls were hoping for.

Share price still under a quid and a penny share now.

Trading this share reminds me of Roy Orbison "penny arcade".

Griffo if you genuinely think SoftBank will take up their option when they can buy the whole company for less then you are completely and utterly delusional. There is precisely ZERO chance of SoftBank taking it at that price and I’ll lay you a million to one they don’t.
