Of course it is bob, THG is ridiculously undervalued right now. It really is quite an incredible opportunity. It was a steal at £2, let alone sub £1. Fortunes will be made with this share for those taking stakes now.

Interesting comparison on LSE forum:

Looking at Fevertree Revenue & EBITA compared to THG you can see that THG is grossly undervalued.
Yes I understand Fevertrees capital light model, cash generation and dividend but...

Fevertrees Market cap is 1.9B
THG Market Cap is 1.05B

Revenue
Fevertrees 311M for 2021
THG 2.2B for 2021

EBITA
Fevertrees 63m for 2021
THG circa 163m estimated for 2021

Outlook for future growth looks better with THG than Fevertree, fevertree is expecting flat ebita with circa 15% revenue growth.

Also this jumped out at me:

EBITDA:
Fevertrees 63m for 2021
Ingenuity on target for 67m for 2022

Fevertrees valuation 1.9B
Ingenuity valuation zero

Q4 2021 Group revenue of GBP711.7m

FY 2021 revenue of GBP2.2bn, +37.9% YoY

Total cash of over GBP530m at year end.

Valuation GBP1bn = too cheap.

I believe it when I see it!
Once the UK ups it defence budget they will still be behind us.

The Germans may still have nuclear free fall bombs dropped from aircraft.
Far better to have your nuclear weapons coming from nuclear powered subs
as we have in the UK.

One thing the Russians won’t be laughing at is the increased military spend by Germany making them the 3rd biggest military power in the world.

Whilst you lot talk utter nonsense, some are loading for the opportunity of the year. Downside here is massively limited. Upside is multi times returns.

Load up, sit back, relax. Come back in a few months when this will be well north of £2.
