24/2/2022 07:17 | Markets down everywhere, that's going to be amplified by poorly performing companies. Wouldn't be surprised to see a 20% fall today. | terminator101

23/2/2022 22:42 | Bob Most of the shorts posting here are just children. Don’t get irritated. FTSE 100 Futures down 28pts tomorrow but frankly THG does not shadow the FTSE anymore either up or down! | ![]() boix
23/2/2022 22:39 | goforgold1 is a shorter when he says 'very quickly THG under 80p tomorrow.' This is called the anchoring effect - He wants you to sell your shares ask yourself why he is doing this? He is trying to manipulate you for his own personal gain. Please do not listen to him and instead make your own decisions. See explanation of anchoring effect below: Price targets that are far below the current price. Manipulators are using what’s called the anchoring effect. If your stock is currently at $70, they’ll say things like “I’m a buyer at $50.” This causes you to question your investment thesis. Did you get in too early? Is bad news about to drop? Your brain becomes attached to the 50 number. There’s science to prove it. You can even test it with your friends. Ask one friend if he thinks Abraham Lincoln was older or younger than 50 when he died. Then ask that same friend at exactly what age do they think Lincoln died. Odds are they’ll give a number around 50 due to the anchoring effect. Now, ask a second friend the same set of questions, but change the age from 50 to 100. Odds are the second friend will give a number closer to 100. | ![]() billionarebob

23/2/2022 22:15 | Bob It’s not that simple. He could always have bought or be granted options if he went with the new company. It’s about transparency to ensure shareholder support and ensure that he is separated from the final negotiation. The news of a chairperson within 2 weeks has confirmed the prospect of an imminent PE deal. It’s the only reason. He will now explain it to the Board. Many will be disappointed along with a few shareholders as its a realisation that the IPO price will never be recovered. The City Chairperson will need to be a heavy weight as they have all lost a lot of money. | ![]() boix
23/2/2022 22:12 | Bldm = multiple personalities with zero credibility | ![]() billionarebob
23/2/2022 22:12 | OK bob you got me. I admit. I've been trying to trick you. You see I wanted you to hold. But I'm not stupid. I knew if I tell you to sell you will immediately do the opposite. It's like Newton's third law - when you push someone he pushes back. So you see, I've been telling you to sell but what I really wanted you to do is to hold so I can get out first. And you did exactly what I needed you to do. Thanks. After that it was just a fun game to see how long will you hodl this garbage. You hodled - you hodled well! | ![]() bldm

23/2/2022 22:09 | Bob, I’ve been observing this for a while. Bldm talks about Ponzi schemes, share price hitting £10, just trying to warn people and so on. There’s a lot of uncertainty at the moment but there are two things that remain constant.. 1) Bldm gets a massive hard on when the share price goes down. 2) Bldm is a Grade A c&nt | ![]() walshr123
23/2/2022 22:09 | Ahahaha bob you're pathetic XD. You read something from the most ridiculous website and are now parroting it thinking this is the most genius thing ever XD. If I were a shorter, why would I want to convince you? The cumulative position of this board is a dust in the desert of shares that are out there. You must be really stupid to think that anyone here or even collectively can do something. And why would I pick THG? I'd got better chance with a US company. Plenty of US stocks down > 90%. Which is one of the problems THG has - there's too many stocks trading at steep discount, why would you invest in a UK company run by a narcissist? | ![]() bldm
23/2/2022 22:07 | Thanks BOIX, if you don't mind I have another question. When the new chairperson is appointed will MM then be allowd to buy shares, or will he still have a confict of interest as he has been involved with PE negotiations? | ![]() billionarebob

23/2/2022 22:02 | @Schoedar bldm is a shorter and a nasty one at that. When he says 'But I can see it going to the unthinkable 40-50p. It's ridiculous what has happened.' This is called the anchoring effect - He wants you to sell your shares ask yourself why he is doing this? He is trying to manipulate you for his own personal gain. Please do not listen to him and instead make your own decisions. See explanation of anchoring effect below: Price targets that are far below the current price. 23/2/2022 21:58 | Bob If they had more time then quite possibly you are right but they need to act fast now. I also suspect PR/MM want a speedy resolution. One of the many reasons they need an independent chairperson asap. I agree on the surface a break up looks better for shareholders although that depends on the price? I am absolutely sure they are very close to securing a PE deal. I will be adding not selling. | ![]() boix
