potentially or they will need more debt. If they want to continue with the acquisitions yes they will definitely need more debt.

What absolutely puzzles me about this Group is all the capital investment which has gone in but the margins are rubbish and going DOWN this year. If they are automating everything how can EBITDA margins go down. I am wondering if they have wasted/over spent on the capex project and they are not delivering the payback they forecast. That can be the only explanation for the falling margins.

Bob - the Group makes no cash. It loses cash every year and is forecast to do so for the next 4/5 years. Look at the accounts - it LOST £150m last year because there is annual £200m capex bill and £100m of rent/exceptionals/interest. Do you agree with that?

mrsimmons, THG is a growth stock we can both agree on that :)Regarding Ingenuity, you don't agree with RBC report and you think that EPITDA is more like 30% than 60% so based on your assumption'You agree with RBC report that Ingenuity Commerce could increase tenfold to £0.5bn of revenue in five years, with at an EBITDA margin of around 30%'Sell Beauty 3 x revenue, list Nutrition on NASDAQ and build Ingenuity with softbank to make it a nice profit-making gold nugget.Just one of the many deals MM could be negotiating right now :)

Once in a generation buying opportunity

I would suggest splitting investment stake into four tranches and cost averaging in.

The real money is made from selling their own brands like Espa and Perricone MD

The Telegraph article was fake news apart from the fact ss the co pointed out demalogica revenues are de minimus

Way back in 2017 the co was valued at £2.5 billion ,today just over £1 billion and they are almost doing £2.5 billion in sales!!

Hello!!!

Kind of shows you why shorts increased at 130...I love how the clowns here think they know more tha the pros. How brazen...

More evidence there is no PE in play than there is. MM most likely just created a rumour and an illusion that a buyout is on the table. Such a well publicised PE possibility would have been priced in by the market. Not to mention PE offers are kept secret and come as a surprise...
