Meaning the shorters loading sell side DMA

meaning there are drifting, piling more short on orderbook sell-side and step marking it down relentless.

Meaning there are sellers and the price is biased on the downside.

I feel sorry for you guys but for a while now it has been blatantly obvious that this is not a share you want to hols. The bullish thesis on this evaporated a while ago now. It's MM for God's sake - you really trust this guy with your money?

Its just odd that the LSE book does not represent trading at the moment.
Probably someone selling in a dark pool that's all

That griproom website that talks about manipulation has 100 separate articles about manipulation. You can find an article that "explains" every company going down. Funny how it doesn't talk about stocks being manipulated to the upside.

Of course it's the same tactic used by rampers world over. Blame it on a group who cannot be identified and we don't know who they are. But they are there! And it's because of them that th price dropped 85%! Nothing to do with the business. MM blamed the mysterious shorts. Now it's the "manipulators".

I guess it is comforting to convince yourself that the company is really doing well but it's being manipulated. Confronting reality can be tough but had you confronted it earlier, you wouldn't be in this pickle holding the bag. If PE buys this, you guys would literally be bag holders - and you'll be told when to give the bag back, won't even have a choice there.

Just after 1pm a dark cloud arrived and now nothing.
L2 Book looks good on buy side & weak on sell side but not moving.
Wonder if we close flat? - Certainly currently being held.
Handbrake firmly applied.
The difficulty is that since lunchtime trading not on the LSE book but on various dark pools - odd to watch.

I haven't got level 2 but the sell bots and their algos have a throat hold on any upward movement. It is interesting to watch the manipulation, very clever.

Wasn't Numis the one who spread accounting miss information about THG to their clients and then reported themselves to the FCA?

wrong SRS8 the target is £1.50 with a reduce on it. Please recheck. The update came out yesterday.

Bob - the RBC one I just can't get there on the EBITDA margin of 60%, Numis says 30% and based on the info I have I am inclined to agree with that 30% margin. This takes quite a bit of value off.

Look with all these analysts reports - you need to take them with a pinch of salt and a lot of them are out of date given how quickly things are moving.

If anyone is even remotely interested - I have done a DCF and come up with a valuation using my assumptions. Happy to share that.

What I would say is the current malaise in the price doesn't surprise me albeit, it is slightly over done. I may turn bullish at some point.

Hi Simmo, what are your thoughts on the RBC report?

"We project that Ingenuity Commerce could increase tenfold to £0.5bn of revenue in five years, with at an EBITDA margin of around 60%, drives our discounted cashflow valuation for the segment of £4.4bn. Yet the market is attributing no value at all."

RBC added that it did not expect Softbank to walk away.

Ingenuity currently priced at zero today!!!!
