Leon - The EBITDA of 7% is last year before whey spiked 45%. What will happen to margin if this cost rise lasts. They can't pass it onto a squeezed consumer.

I fear the market update will talk about a further decline/pressure on that EBITDA margin I am afraid. The market is pricing that in it seems. Next year lets say they do £2.5bn sales @ 5% margins - that is £125m of cash. Take off working capital to fund that extra revenue growth (say 10% of revenue growth so £25m) and capex (£200m) and interest/exceptionals (£50m) - I am afraid it is another £175m of cash going out of the Group. How do they reverse that going fwd. This dog reminds me a bit like metro - a financial/business model that doesn't work.
