Sanks - Are you really that much of a simpleton that you genuinely think I would waste my time posting just to scare a few PIs into selling their 10 shares. That will not move the share price. I have never once commented on the share price - I merely set out the facts. What have I said that is untrue?
- EBITDA margins are declining - do you agree or do you dispute that?
- The Group lost £150m of Operating cash flow last year - Do you dispute that? If you do kindly tell me what the figure was.
- They need £4bn of sales at 7% margin to break even cash? True or not - if you disagree let me know what the break even is please. I will share my workings again.

The thing is Sanks, you probably don't even know the answer to these questions because you have bought in without understanding the fundamentals. Me on the other hand have read all the analysts notes (Read the Numis one - it is informative) and the accounts and have reached an opinion. I am merely voicing that opinion.

Thanks
Mr Simmons

Sanks such a manipulated stock and that article is spot on.
Every day more buys than sells and the price drops when bots kick in, it not an easy watch.

Today for example 4.7M buys to 2M sells and the price drops

Some nice chunky buys coming through too but then the 'algo machine gun' comes and volleys a load of small to mid sized sales and brings it back down.

Might change when the USA wake up, doesn't matter to me as I am here long hall and I am playing the waiting game.

And they time their activity perfectly once their pay masters have turned the algos on
You cant beat the algos (best to wait for them to move to a new company) but you can beat the lemons who the funds pay to post all day every day
What a shat job they have btw - pathetic

AN EBITDA EVER INCREASING GOLD NUGGET REMINDER:

THG Ingenuity extract from LAST MONTH - EBITDA at 60%
-----
The Position then with Ingenuity Commerce the annual growth rate was 135% we delivered over 15 million revenue in the quarter which was over 30% higher than our previous record quarter.
In terms of the key stats that we would pull out, we increase the number of live websites to 187, which is a 100 up in the year.
The recurring revenue per website increased to £240,000 pounds, the recurring revenue mix was at 72%, now our new revenue run rate has increased to 61 million.
Now those stats reflect how successful J&V growth was with our clients in the quarter.
In addition, although we don't mention anything specifically ourselves, you may have picked out the Matalan press release. Where will be working with them on their digital revolution?
I would put a substantial amount of work into winning substantial clients like that, although none of the revenue on that account will be recognised in this year. That will start to kick in quarter one, along with other substantial wins that we have got.
And I remind everyone in terms of guidance for 2022 of 108 to 112 million, that's predicated on launching 400 and taking a number of client solutions to 400 from the 109 that we have got at the moment.
Which is 85% of those contracts that are already contracted with us. It assumes a recurring revenue per website of £170,000 pounds and a recurring revenue mix of 60% so it doesn't include any of the new business that we currently can win, have won, and expect to win later in the year.
We are super confident on the numbers for 2022 and very proud of the growth that we've delivered in the success of working with our clients in 2021.
-----
They are smashing it!!! and this part of the business, Ingenuity, is currently priced at ZERO!!

This is the best bit:
'It doesn't include any of the new business that we currently can win, have won, and expect to win later in the year'

Let me remind you of what RBC said last week:
"We project that Ingenuity Commerce could increase tenfold to £0.5bn of revenue in five years, with at an EBITDA margin of around 60%, drives our discounted cashflow valuation for the segment of £4.4bn. Yet the market is attributing no value at all."

RBC added that it did not expect Softbank to walk away.

This company will be a good MBA case study in a decade. Finance101 I am afraid. Lesson 1 - don't let hubris takeover when doing M&A - they have been on a big spending spree buying non core low margin garbage at over inflated prices. They have then failed to recognise the most important thing - the work starts AFTER acquisition with the integration. They have almost blind sided investors with flashy 20%+ reported revenue figures but hiding the fact this Group LOSES £150m of operating cash flows each year. That is a staggering figure.

What we now have left is a hotch potch of different brands delivering DECLINING EBITDA margins and in need of crippling levels of capex just to stop further margin erosion. It is unfortunate how this has all unfolded but not entirely surprising.

My big worry with this hound is the next market update - I really do fear a further downgrade to EBITDA margins with the macro pressures intensifying. If they do downgrade again I am afraid it is in for another SHERLACKING.
