21/2/2022 10:38 | I don't believe people understand how dire the inflation situation is. The BoE has put itself in such a pathetic situation that the only thing they can do is to beg people not to ask for a raise...which obviously nobody will listen to. Inflation always starts by small rises and snowballs. Inflation can destroy a society. The major tool for tackling inflation is interest rates. The cost of raising IR for the UK will be dire. First, you risk a housing market crash due to the idiotic interference of the government in the housing market and the stupid laws around permits. Second, you will plunge the economy into a recession most likely which compounded with Brexit can turn into quite a nasty situation. A lot forget that before joining the EU, the UK was the sick man of Europe. I haven't heard a single business who has said anything positive about the brexit situation and this includes businesses owned by brexiteers. Hence I personally believe this is a buy after inflation numbers peak. At the moment, investing in this is blind trust that MM has magic beans that will lead him to a golden goose. Inflation has still a way to go and one only hopes it doesn't go above 10%...and even then, you'd really want to see a sustained decrease in inflation before buying. | bldm
21/2/2022 10:18 | It's a genuine question, if anyone has the answer please post :) | billionarebob
21/2/2022 10:16 | bldm - "This will bounce nicely" has been repeated since 400. bldm you were one of the posters on this forum that said THG will bounce to £10.00 in 2 to 3 years remember :) | billionarebob
21/2/2022 10:10 | short equals, borrow shares, sell shares, hope share price drops, buy back shares, give back shares and keep any profit. My question is can you sell your shares on LSE, which will affect share price and then buy back 'off-book', which does not affect share price? Genuine question as I am trying to figure out how there always seems to be more buys than sells and still the price drops. If the Off Book buys which are increasing to over 50% don't affect the LSE share price, then this will explain why. | billionarebob
21/2/2022 10:04 | "This will bounce nicely" has been repeated since 400. Just check even last week. 130 now looks attractive... | bldm
21/2/2022 09:51 | defo especially by folk that don't actually own any shares and are just here to give friendly advice!! | billionarebob
21/2/2022 09:40 | The amount of self-pleasuring by some as the share price drops is odd to say the least. | red_star
21/2/2022 09:38 | Some of the posts on here are hilarious. A little patience and this will be bouncing back very nicely. Hugely undervalued here. | a_game
21/2/2022 09:29 | Down and down and down THG goes, where it stops nobody knows. Too many clueless retail mugs posting here. | terminator101
21/2/2022 09:24 | Even at £1, still wouldn't touch this with a bagger pole until something changes materially. Likelihood of a dilution increasing IMHO. THG have no pricing power so inflation will eat up any margin they have. Growth has already been halved. Interest rate which will rise will additionally suppress the share price. The exhaustion of cash after last year IPOs means this won't get anywhere for a while. I partially blame the massive supply and exhaustion of cash for the demise of IPO shares. There's just no demand. Sad part is, there is only one way for this to go and this is down. My original estimates were 80p but more often than not, shares undershoot my estimate and won't be surprised if this hits 60p. It's a sad situation if you're a holder. | bldm
21/2/2022 09:16 | Market cap £1,3 billion and not to make a profit after tax and consumer spend set to decline this year doesnt bear well for the share price. HUT will fall below £1 again IMO its a pennny share. | debsdowner
21/2/2022 09:13 | Quite a lot of retailers fallen this morning. | debsdowner
21/2/2022 09:12 | Bid rumour is really sinking in LOL | debsdowner
21/2/2022 09:06 | Bobs lost £40,000 on this 🤦🤦 | bldm
21/2/2022 08:54 | On 18 Jan billionaire Bob write “ Great Set Of Results” Clueless, what a total moron | allenquatermain

21/2/2022 08:49 | The usual clowns here can't say they weren't warned that this is likely to go under £1. They laughed...and now they cry. | bldm
21/2/2022 08:48 | If you want a good laugh just read Sensebulls ramoing posts over the last 3 months He is totally clueless LOLZ | allenquatermain
21/2/2022 08:46 | It's inching nearer and nearer my targeted entry level Just have to hang on a little while longer me thinks Will be a pure speculative punt on my part but been watching since the raffling about in 280/320 region so is worth a go Nothing ventured nothing gained | jubberjim
21/2/2022 08:46 | At this rate it will be worth less than a billion soon. Somebody is going to make a lot of money here | hybrasil
21/2/2022 08:45 | Suppliers argued Amazon was squeezing them...yeah, Amazon which has a market cap over 1000 times bigger than THG. I don't know anyone who's not got an Amazon account and doesn't buy from there regularly. I don't know anyone who has a THG account for any of their websites. THG does not have the bargaining power. | bldm
21/2/2022 08:26 | When the share price was in the 200s the ignorant losers were saying that the shorters were panicking LOLZ you really couldn’t make it up | allenquatermain
