19/2/2022 18:55 | Nah shorters will find that Deliveroo will be huge, people are lazy and like convenience. Amazon has proved that and now they are following their business model with a monthly fee for free delivery. You'll see debs | tomzimerman
19/2/2022 18:07 | It's great somebody knows so much more than the analysts rating this at 500p to 700p. | leoneobull
19/2/2022 17:57 | Guns lingerie is a serious freak!!!!!! I th8nk Matt moulding took its gf back in the day | sentimentrule
19/2/2022 17:40 | We are on this forum to discuss the pros and cons, why the share price is collapsing? Now takeover at a low price, perhaps MM has no choice but to liquidate, he knows the real value for this is not even 50m. Perhaps the warehouse is worth something, that's about it. | guns1inger
19/2/2022 17:33 | Hello BOIX Any chance if you can educate guns? I have been looking for The Professor yesterday? Where were you? Bob is going after me with a big stick for no good reasons. I had a nice walk, I am happy Bob has finally taken my advice and not working overtime this weekend. Thank you. | guns1inger
19/2/2022 16:47 | So BOIX from pretending to be expert now turning out to be another failed ramper loser. | firestorm911
19/2/2022 16:29 | debsowner “All the hype now over a bid seems to have faded.” No bid very current. Check out the betaville bid update from 2:43pm yesterday. | boix
19/2/2022 16:10 | LOTS of these IPO's failerd deliveroo has suffered the same fate spiked up after the offering then colla[sed since. Deliveroo will find that as people go out their orders fall off. As for HUT although its a different proposistion consumer spend will fall this year because of inflation, oil costs and NAT insurance rises. All the hype now over a bid seems to have faded. Market cap is to high and not worth 1.4 billion. | debsdowner

19/2/2022 14:21 | Without seeing all the numbers (the books) and understanding SoftBank’s gaols it’s difficult to have a firm view but I suspect they would rather not break it up at least initially unless it becomes necessary to accommodate everyone involved. | boix
19/2/2022 13:34 | Thanks BOIX that makes perfect sense. What is your assumption?I think they will sell beauty, list nutrition in USA and keep Ingenuity and grow it with softBank. | billionarebob
19/2/2022 13:14 | The analysts using publicly sourced data have a consensus average price of 429p for THG (sourced from sharescope 18.02.22) But the range is large 217p to 700p. Assuming the books confirm the public information the bid should be somewhere in the above range. Usually the bid price is related to the current or price traded price over a short period but this is not a usual case was we are now trading at roughly half the lowest analyst price target. Likely any bid will be at the lower end of the analysts price range unless they receive an additional competitive bid - But I could be wrong as it could be higher? Just IMHO Clearly I have assumed that SoftBank is accommodated within any final bid. | boix
19/2/2022 13:06 | I am sad you are working overtime today, to counteract my views. So I will not post today as I want you to chill, use your time for family time. I am going for a walk by the rough seas, as I am upset. Goodbye Bob. | guns1inger
19/2/2022 13:02 | Bob are looking for 1000p or BE at 169p? Please be true to yourself, your family, friends, and God. No need for guns blazing at me, I am merely a contributor to a forum. I am learning from BOIX, Leone, and your goodself. | guns1inger
19/2/2022 12:59 | No That's what you and your cohort claiming, books are viewed for a friendly bid without informing the market. I am saying that's illegal. Please do not divert this on me, you claimed his. Please no overtime today BOB. | guns1inger
19/2/2022 12:57 | Guns you didn't answer my question Are you saying that the 3 PEs that are interested in THG can start due diligence including looking at price sensitive information without releasing an RNS just because they are mates!!! | billionarebob
19/2/2022 12:54 | Bob My friend, things could be a lot worst now, did not know MM was that desperate. Now the market may think he's desperate to sell I expect 10p to come sooner than expected. There's something wrong here, why so desperate if we are led to believe there is a "bid". Careful Bob, once 100p is hit, the quick stampede to 50p. Bob you have worked all week puffing THG, please do not work overtime this weekend. Buy a nice Disney movie and watch it with your family. They will forgive you for gambling all the family silverware on this puff, | guns1inger
19/2/2022 12:51 | Guns are you saying that the 3 PEs that are interested can start due diligence including looking at price sensitive information without releasing an RNS just because they are mates!!! | billionarebob |
