Now takeover at a low price, perhaps MM has no choice but to liquidate, he knows the real value for this is not even 50m.

Perhaps the warehouse is worth something, that's about it.

LOTS of these IPO's failerd deliveroo has suffered the same fate spiked up after the offering then colla[sed since.

Deliveroo will find that as people go out their orders fall off.

As for HUT although its a different proposistion consumer spend will fall this year because of inflation, oil costs and NAT insurance rises.

All the hype now over a bid seems to have faded.

Market cap is to high and not worth 1.4 billion.

Without seeing all the numbers (the books) and understanding SoftBank’s gaols it’s difficult to have a firm view but I suspect they would rather not break it up at least initially unless it becomes necessary to accommodate everyone involved.

The analysts using publicly sourced data have a consensus average price of 429p for THG (sourced from sharescope 18.02.22)
But the range is large 217p to 700p.
Assuming the books confirm the public information the bid should be somewhere in the above range.
Usually the bid price is related to the current or price traded price over a short period but this is not a usual case was we are now trading at roughly half the lowest analyst price target.
Likely any bid will be at the lower end of the analysts price range unless they receive an additional competitive bid - But I could be wrong as it could be higher?
Just IMHO

Clearly I have assumed that SoftBank is accommodated within any final bid.
