Mr S gave me the best take on this having no free cash flow and its a penny share in my book many shares are on lows look at BooHoo in tears.

Even good cash flow shares like MARKS falling.

Internal systems are fine, where have you heard differently? They were processing 1 million orders a day on the run-up to Christmas?

They have auto store in place in their new fulfillment centers, they invested 1 billion last year on fulfillment systems and I haven't heard of any problems?

Noted bob. I only have a small holding here but know guys nursing heavy paper losses so I do hope it comes good. The integration piece is perhaps the more relevant aspect of my post as I do know all is not well with their internal systems although I'm sure the same can be said for a lot of large acquisitive businesses.

FLC you say they have tried to grow too quickly they have been going 16 years, and as for governance, the city has now relaxed the rules to try and attract tech and entrepreneurs like MM to the city.



However no one ever mentions this when they talk about THG :)

And I think it's fair to say Moulding doesn't like the City! A driven entrepreneur trying to play with his toy in a sea of governance..no wonder he looks back and wonders what the hell he did that for. My worry with THG is they have tried to grow too quickly..acquiring revenue is the easy bit, integrating acquisitions is the difficult bit.
