25/1/2022 14:57 | Share defied logic 1 month ago when it was at 200p. Slowly, people are going to start seeing the emperor has no clothes. If we see shorters increasing here, for me this increases the risk that this goes to 0 eventually. Of course could be a million other things but never forget the risk of fraud or improper accounting...especia | ![]() bldm
25/1/2022 14:45 | I’m just being subjective It depends how THG account for sale of goods from manufacturing division to the consumer website Bentleys sell 10 million to look fantastic then look fantastic sell goods to consumer for 25 million. THG group sales become £35m. As opposed to £25 million sales less mfr costs I’m not saying this is what’s happened, but like the majority on here I just can’t understand why the Shorts are being so greedy from £8 to £1.20 Yes THG posted £500 million loss but much of these were one of transactions (property and mm share options) It is fair to say descretionary consumer sales in traditional times fall when inflation high, but as convid restrictions reduce more people will go out. Forecast for beauty products set to rocket , I can’t fathom why share so low. I’m still on side lines but I think my threat is miss the reward - for Moulding SoftBank must surely be thinking offer sub £2 will take all - this share defies logic | ![]() merrick1965
25/1/2022 14:06 | sr2day the way you said it sounded like you read it from an official source. There was no "I think" or "In my opinion" or "There is a risk of". A bit dodgy way to make such a damaging statement. Anyway, basically there's zero credibility behind your statement which is good. hatfullofsky He can control revenue? And growth? Really? Obviously he cannot control revenue and growth or they would be 1,000,000% at least and there wouldn't be a quarter update on what they are - he'll just tell you. Have you noticed their growth for 2022 is half the growth for previous years? What he can control is his mouth. The share price started falling when he started speaking. Instead of zipping it up, he's become even louder. Now his mum has also gotten involved. We don't need this. I don't need this kind of CEO behind my investments. He needs to be removed and a new CEO with no dodgy side deals needs to take over. | ![]() bldm

25/1/2022 13:52 | bldm, look at what MM can influence (Revenue, Growth) and what he can't (global pandemics, global supply chain, inflation and the share price). So you would prefer to vote out a CEO on macro issues that he can not influence rather the keep him growing the business at 25% to 35% and having a plan for divestment and investment. don't you think that's a little strange ? The share price is under pressure, yes but is the business improving, yes. It will normalise soon. | ![]() hatfullofsky
25/1/2022 13:37 | sr2day source? You have a "maybe" on "suspicion" - this is as ambiguous as it gets. Either there is suspicion or there isn't and maybe there are overvalued profits. As much as I'd like to believe you because I've been saying "something stinks" for weeks, you sound like an instigator of an untrue rumour. | ![]() bldm

25/1/2022 13:21 | If you are a shareholder, don't forget to register for AGM and VOTE. Whatever platform you use, it should be simple - just do it online or call them. You can vote if the CEO should remain the CEO...I'm voting him out. Him and his mum. | ![]() bldm

25/1/2022 12:57 | 1pencil true but I don't think shorters will have a problem closing their positions in this one. And even if they bumped up the price is so low that who cares. Question is, how much further will it fall? Cause every time this stock punches investors in the face they think that it is the last punch and what comes next is kisses and hugs... Then another punch comes flying. Won't be surprised to see this fall another 30% to below £1. I've seen better companies lose >99% of their mcap and this reminds me of a few of them. Drop after drop after drop. At each drop people buy in but the recovery never comes. THG is OK now because it has cash. What happens in a year or two when they've burned through the cash and start raising funds in the market at £1 a share, diluting investors? Or when they start selling divisions when strategically they shouldn't? Or rank on debt? | ![]() bldm

25/1/2022 11:49 | If you listened to people on this thread the valuation has been "cheap" for months. Unfortunately it has only become cheaper as time went on: 1 Oct '21 Been watching this for a while. I reckon it will bounce from here. Taken a small punt at 459 28 Oct '21 Decided to buy in - only 5k shares for now but at 224p seems a decent price. Cant see this falling much further tbh 8 Nov '21 I have invested 40K in this stock over the last week or so. 9 Nov '21 I bought 10,400 shares today in a few lots. Looks like 200p is bottom 19 Nov '21 Added another 1765 :) £40k here now I’m not selling till 300p 24 Nov '21 Urgently trying to buy another 3000 shares before this rockets tomorrow. 15 Dec '21 Added 4K shouldn’t be too much further to bottom out here :) 20 Dec '21 Well didn’t get my chance to top up under £2. Expected as much after the article was issued. Realistically we’ve seen the bottom now | ![]() maltajellied
