I like the fact MM is not reacting to the SP, he's stated many times he's just going to keep doing his job and outperforming

This is really painful but I'm optimistic.

When the Q4 update came out on 18 Jan 2022 and it dropped (as usual) a gazillion percent I thought price going forward would be side move with a downward drift. Well, I got it very wrong. It's not sideways and it's not a drift - it's another falling knife.

Pretty sure this is Goldman exiting, obviously not 100% but when there's a rump left they just want out, seen this before with many stock - Zytronic was a recent (May last year) example.

Bought last tranche today.

Can't understand why MM doesn't issue an RNS saying why the fall. The fact that he has sat back and let this fall is a shambles. He could now buy the company for about £2 and I think most people would take that.

Certainly see Sofina taking legal advice over this, they may be selling in the market, but they were one of the investment funds that bought in at the beginning, and appeared to increase their holding. But they must be down a couple of hundred million. Being a family office they will feel it keenly!

When the share price was 172

Ch1ck write “This is a once in a blue moon opportunity to pick up shares which are so unloved that common-sense has disappeared.”

That is soooooo funny

This has a valuation of approx 1bn after deducting their cash position. Growing sales yearly. Could be a takeover target or selling off parts of the business could be an option. Wouldn't be surprised to see it back over 200p in a few months. Looks very cheap.

I never like seeing such value destruction.
But we are in the middle of a tech revaluation process. Hard to think this co will be shortly worth 1.5 bn.
Market cap down by 5bn. Better not thinking about it!

Mr Moulding why don't you buy some shares? Utterly bizarre, he complains and bleats but doesn't have the conviction to buy. No wonder the bears are having such a laugh

Looks to be in a circle of hell, until investors have some actual results rather than simply retail sales numbers, it appears as though there is no trust in the management. The agreement to appoint a new non-exec chairman seems to have been ignored, and why no update in the last statement to accompany the trading figures. Madness!
