So without buyers the MM are sitting and waiting to recover yesterdays sales.

Well, anything is possible on AIM of course, but I struggle to see a scenario where our main shareholder would allow himself to be so heavily diluted, only to buy more soon after and outside of that recent raise opportunity.
Not the only main holder here to follow suit either. Without the Stal cash, they still have a half decent financial runway, from what they have told us - but how long has it been since the last deal?
Too long, IMO and so far, none of them have been financially transformational. A few buttons from Juv and Stal up in the air at best. Outside of that, simply running on the 'goodwill' of ever more punitive shareholder cash calls. And time ticks by quickly.
To top it all, I also think that the meagre amount of inside buying tells its own story. Time will tell naturally, but the bull case is extremely hard to justify, IMO. But having mentally zeroed this one, if they do actually create shareholder value within this tax year, then that will be a bonus. Not counting on it though! GLA.

Will it go blue quickly today, as MM up the bid, or will they play the waiting game to see if they can fill their pockets, if there is no appetite from PI’s to buy at less than the average Black has acquired their 5% holding for.

Thanks terry but can't see Stalicla priced in here at this level, it may fall on an announcement but that will be sentiment and will come back. Plenty of news coming over the future quarters. Well priced down here

Good luck Mark and CT. Whilst the Stalicla deal is still live I can’t see how this can go down much lower. But that deal looks to be on the rocks IMO. The fact TCF no longer mentioned up to $5.5m expected this year in the full results and Stalicla also removed from their website that this would go into phase 2 in 2024, it doesn’t look good. If the deal collapses this share price will be 0.1p and it’s game over. I question where is the money going to come from to bankroll this company? TCF needs between £3m and £4m a year which is enormous sums of money.
I’ve been doing alright recently on the virtual dogs at the bookies, I’d rather stick a grand on a virtual dog than this dog of a share.

You too markth126.

We might be seeing some of the larger holders buying, that did not take part in the open offer, averaging down, so it would not surprise me if holders like J P Kight might be adding to avoid the dilution they suffered.

We shall see if there are a few more RNS soon.

5,200,000 trade now showing, is the largest for some time and have the MM been working it for a while?

Any views,

I picked up a few today by the way markth126, I thought it was time to jump in the deep end and see if I can cut my past losses(hopefully).😉

The jump and a 25% spread putting buyers off it seems. MM waiting to see if they can grab more cheap stock, I guess,

Interesting RNS - sales have been swallowed up and a stake increased from 4.68% to 5.89% and a couple of fresh buys showing now.

Maybe it will turn blue.

Down again I see, this must be a new low and even here there seems to be very little support. Even those that paid 1p in the raise just a couple of months ago are suffering from a big loss.

The directors are not giving it further support, maybe they know more than they have recently said about invoiced monies, or the likelyhood of getting it is deceasing, as the dispute was raised months ago.

How long is it since it ended higher than it opened at?

Also T-dog, the fake Sea-dog, which ships have you served on? And what was your rank on each.

Oh Tony, you haven't done anything apart from look like a Muppet making up nonsense. How strange, making up rubbish about being an Admiral ? which 'Navy' was this? Oh and you still haven't answered why a raise will be needed, clearly you have nothing to back this up.

LOL Well xxxPro you got the dog bit right but it sounds as though Sea Dog would have been more suitable but it is an amusing persona to assume.

xxProInvestorxx, T-Dog? What the heck have you been smoking? Let me tell you about myself, I served in the Navy for 34 years, attaining the rank of Admiral. People do not address people like me as T-Dog. Now if you want to engage in conversation with me please address me as Mr Devlin, Admiral or plain old Sir, have I made myself clear?

No money from Stalicla was included as far as I understood from the documents I have seen but if something else was mentioned during the presentation then that’s another matter but the way I read everything the £900k took the business to end of 2025 but depending on what they get, if anything from S, then that might extend the pathway.

In addition if they were to manage to pull off any deal like the one with S - but only if it were not like the J or S deal would it make a material difference.

Also will the current projects have the potential to attract any serious funding that might attract a bigger Pharmaceutical company.

Good luck markth126.

Still bar the panic selling this morning, it looks pretty stable and the next presentation on 13 June might set the tone going forward.

It will take a miracle to see it back at 5p let alone 8p that money was raised at before the S deal.

Huw stitched everyone up, with his - wish they could buy shares line.

And T-dog I suggest you actually read the RNS before making yourself look like a fool. And please answer the question, why will there be a raise in the autumn.

Tcf FY26E is March 31st 2026.
xxproinvestorxx

I didn't hear that in the presentation, however, when writing going concerns they can only report on what happened in the reported period, not after, except for the part that mentions post period. Also look at the research notes issued today, they also say cash into 2026. Say they expect TCF to "close FY26E with a closing cash balance of just under 0.3m"

I don't think, re listen to the presentation today and it was pretty clear the 900k gets us to the end of 2025. My other question would be how much Stalicla money is included into this runway?
markth126
28/5/2024
17:02
That's not true, the £900k was not included in that statement as the account is for year end March 31st, not after.
xxproinvestorxx
28/5/2024

The 900k was included to the end of 2025 not extending it further. That's why I asked could they have raised more
