2.7 million trade at .79 I noticed, which is one of the larger trades of late, so the next few days before the AGM might get interesting.

The full story about the research publication, is well worth reading.

This is truely undervalued, and one day someone will catch on, that has big funds.

"STALICLA's DEPI technology uses advanced AI analysis to identify patient subgroups with similar disease signatures in neurodevelopmental disorders."

"DEPI's unique drug-patient matching module is accelerating our drug development pipeline. It has achieved clinical proof of concept with the validation of Phenotype 1, supported by studies at Greenwood Genetic Center and Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

We have also validated a second ASD subgroup, Phenotype 2 with matching drug candidate STP2. STP1 will advance to phase 2 trials in 2024. "

Thus 11.07.2024 342k Buy 1.3 Mil Sell MM Bid 0.75 Offer 0.85

So this week 5,800,000 Buys and only 2,350,000 Sells and the bid has dropped. Was there an overhang or are the MM's short of over 3 Million shares?

Almost back at square one today, which in light of yesterdays news is surprising.

It seems to show the market is mainly traders rather than investors now.

If thats the case thiopia, then some of those buyers are selling back today and the MM are making a decent quick turn, and I guess that was the reason for the MM keeping the spread wide yesterday, as they expected to get a fair few back today.

Still, we shall see if new buyers or others that wish to average down are going to take advantage of the lower offer later today.

I wouldn't put too much store by the 1m trade. It has been claimed by a low IQ muppet trader who punts around in AIM detritus.

Well today’s news should certainly open the door to new big deals and might well help get the Stalicla funds in some way markth.

This could be a huge roller coaster and might now attract larger Pharmaceutical companies to take a good long look at the company.

The million trade at 16.02 that only showed up after close is a decent buy for starters with a total of over 5 million buys and just around 700k sales before the news became public.

Maybe more good news to come before the AGM next Thursday.

A lot of folks might be kicking themselves if they can’t buy at or below the last raise level,as it might even take off tomorrow morning.

Because it was a Non RNS I don't think many folks will not be aware of the significance of this report being accepted to be published BMC Cancer, and it may take days or weeks to sink in:

"Prof. Francesco Marampon, of Università Sapienza di Roma, Lead Investigator, added:"

"We are delighted that our data has been accepted by the esteemed publication, BMC Cancer. RMS has been treated in the same way for many years, and research suggests that the disease requires the increased local sensitisation of the tumours to improve treatment options, therefore, the results from our in-vitro and in-vivo data is very exciting. We are looking forward to taking the research further forward with TheraCryf."

The reason for the change of direction. Good news.

All it wants now is a couple of good RNS and it will soon be 2p plus .

Someone might have had a sniff of this news a couple of days ago, when that 200k buy occured,

I'm Back in the red on this, so I should have bailed out once again.

Is it going to hit new lows because of the lack of news?

Are you still holding markth126?

thunderchicken you are not alone and your losses must be mirrored by many, I must be one of the lucky ones as I bought at a much lower level and sold part of my holding at a much higher level.
However, foolishly bought again as it slipped and then took a big loss but on balance my losses on this are marginal but I bought again and still hold but things change very quickly, so like you I hope my fears are not correct, in fact when I saw the first trade this morning, I thought I maybe wrong but soon after a sell a little larger took the shine off a day of hope.

At present I fancy BEG.

Clocktower - I noticed the same thing happen with Juvenescence.
I first bought into these when Huw took over as CEO and I was hoping he would get things going. I paid almost 14p then and don't believe we will ever see that again.
I emailed Huw asking when the shareholders are going to see some value in this company and to his due, he replied promptly, but it was just a load of waffle ending with asking for my continued patience.
I am rapidly coming to the conclusion that this is the second-most poorly managed company in the entire history of the universe, although I hope to be proved wrong.(Paragon Diamonds was the worst!)

Good morning all - over the weeekend I took at good look at the Stalicla website and I noticed the following about the pipeline:

They have removed SFX-01 (STP) from their line chart showing the stages of progress, although it is still on the foot of the whole page but has clearly been put on the back burner it seems to me.

Surely having referred the matter of those funds to a disputed resolution team, it cannot have taken all those months to come to some conclusion.

In view of the update on this website, I do not think they are going to dump it but maybe they want to keep all the funds they have to focus on those that they have progressed futher with, untill such time as they are able to raise more money.

I seem to recall Stalicla only managed to raise under a third of what they had hoped to do, when they last raised, so it maybe a question of available money, as we know it is hard to raise at this time.

I will hold but very disapointed at the way Dr Jones postpones and filibusters us all with his waffling on.

Just noticed one MM drop ask and offer soon after a couple of tiny sells after 100k buy which is typical of former trading patterns imo.

A million seller, are they taking profits or cutting losses?

Without news will we see more downside or is it that someone that has heard news late in the day about Stalicla that is not positive, trading ahead of a RNS maybe, tomorrow might give more clues.

For the moment what I bought since it got bombed out, is still in the blue, so hopefully will stay there.

What was very disappointing was to see William Black selling the extra 1% they had bought when it hit its lows.

The last presentation was so positive but yet the share price has stalled.

Unfortunately there seems little interest bar your buying at the moment markth126. I have all the shares in this that I want at present and am waiting, like most I guess until I hear further news and may add more at that time.

What you have purchased must have brought your average cost down a good bit, so well done, and hopefully I will make up at least some of the former hit I took on this before to long.

5.30 mins into the presentation Huw talking very briefly about Stalicla. We are still working very amicably on resolving the dispute or a long those lines. Meant to say before as it resonated as slightly odd but positive language

After a good week of advances, the MM are shaking a few traders out, so it seems that the usual weekend slight pullback is taking place before the next advance.

So, I trust everyone that has an interest but has not view the presentation to do so over the weekend if they have time.
