gj I totally agree and can't believe the new ART are rated so lowly. I beginning to doubt we will ever see share price of 5p and seriously tempted to walk away after 5 years with 20% loss.

Crowman I totally agree

but the share price never reflects the value here.

I for one believe this share has a very strong upside.

Not incnceivable with lower debt and steady but solid management it can be earning 1 - 1.2p per share in the next year.

At that point it will pay a divi of around a third - say .3p which would place it in the order of 10% return.

Given good management from that point it can only drive the share price to around 10 -13p

In todays market that is as good a share (for the risk) as you get??

Feel free to disagree.

The share price has resilence. It's standing firm. A very encouraging sign.

Trusting to memory, did the chairman not pay 11p for his original shares purchase from Steven Dean and then purchase again at 3p to give him an average of about 7p ?
I do not see Michael Stevens selling out for less than 7p.
With so many small shareholders, it could be tedious or perhaps difficult for any institution to purchase a reasonable holding in Artisan and this might well keep the share price depressed in the short to medium term.
