Not sure we should credit the BOD with the wit to make intricate plans.

The new guys might just be an one-off emergency sticking plaster, leaving the BOD to their own devices, bobbing adrift on the waves with no direction of their own.....

Mr. Wells is an investment man. He doesn't have any experience running an O&G company, especially a Kaz one. He should never have taken the reins. Right from the beginning he should have hired someone with actual O&G executive experience - hauling two old codgers out of their retirement home does not count.

Wells and Sjoberg, as chairman and interim CEO, have set up this " dance of the seven veils" !.
Maybe all will be revealed in the not too distant future !.

Peter, TI,
Were the Kumars' separate entities ?.
Or were they acting in concert ?.
Are Jaka and Gemini two separate entities or are they the Everley Brothers ?.
Who knows ?. Let's wait and see !

Deadline, Breadline, ?.does it make any difference? .
Now that the new investors have showed their hand, are the year end results likely to change anything ?.
Hopefully trading might commence once the results are published.
By 18 Aug when the new investors take up their warrants at 2.512 cents they will own 20 % in Tethys.

Can't remember, did someone mention news by the 31st Aug or was this the deadline for year end results

And do Tethys know what a deadline is

Having looked at the reorganisation that took place at Nostrum and the consequences to Frank Monstrey and his investment in Nostrum,I would not be surprised if Tethys
undergoes a change of management in the not too distant future.
Seems that KZ has its own rules of corporate governance !.

Yes indeed casual, I think its called concrete welly's if things don't go as planned.

Hguess, Exactly my point, You would insist on seeing them so how come we haven't.

In Kaz they probably have different means of hedging against risk....

Peter,
If I were investing $2.5m, I would insist on looking at every possible avenue of risk related to Tethys incl
the latest Fin Accts prior to signing on the dotted line.

Do you think these guys were shown the final accounts before they coughed up.

Can we expect to see these announced on Monday Zzzzzzzzzzzzz

I am hoping that the game is not yet
over after 3 years of misery.
Maybe the new local guys might use Tethys to boost their own profile via
TSXV with a plan to increase output
and increase prices through export.
My only concern is whether they can keep Olisol quiet by making them
" an offer they dare not refuse " !.

Optimist says " Give the new local guys
a chance to prove their worth !".

Well suppose every one of us has learnt a lesson here, a bloody expensive one.

1399Peter,
Some people had their chance, but blew it !.
It looks like the time has come for the locals to do the job and, who knows, we might
get a few crumbs that fall off the table !.
What do you expect when " western business experts" think they can just walk in and take over in KZ with little "know how".

Reminder that this "company" didn't have enough money to pay for the audit.

Oil And gas in the ground are worth sh1t if you can't exploit it. Tethys is a zombie company - alive enough to keep most of the lights on, dead in all other respects.

There is no rabbit to pull out of the hat. There are no investors who will allow the company to bootstrap itself into shape.

The only hope for this sorry carcass of a company is to stay on life support long enough to fend off the biggest vultures surrounding it so that eventually a serious company will come along and decide enough risk has been mitigated to buy out Tethys.

Imo.

We will be lucky if we get pence on the pound back from our initial shareholding investment.

As long as they get the oil and gas out of the ground and sell it at world prices, run a decent business and create HUGE shareholder value for ALL of us then I couldnt care if it was Laurel and Hardy running the show!!!!!!!!!
