28/8/2018 13:16 | ........with this in mind I thought it easier to ask the questions as bullet points, as opposed to in draft as such therefore I'd appreciate your honest reply to the below please. Have the new investors made a final commitment to invest in Tethys by paying for the shares and taking up the warrants and what can they bring, apart from cash in the short to middle term? Are the new investors existing customers of Tethys oil or gas? Has Olisol agreed to the entry of the new KZ Investors and, if so, what is Olisols future involvement with the company if any at all? Will Olisol purchase oil with a new contract? Will gas continue to be sold to KZTransgas? Has Tethys resumed the drilling of gas and oil wells, if not when can we expect it to occur? Did the Kumars influence the new Investors to invest in Tethys, and were they 'handpicked' by them or the BoD's or simply just new investors ? What influence can they bring to the region in Tethys favour? Are Tethys or a new company planning to relist on the TSXV or any other exchange so that shareholders can see some light at the end of the tunnel? When will Sjoberg be replaced as CEO by a high profile KZ CEO? Who in KZ was behind the licence extentions? Are we likely to have an update on the latest developments within the next week or month in order to bring shareholders up to date of where the company is or what you are proposing as to our next steps to be? Bill, I appreciate there is a lot of Q's listed above but as I'm sure you will understand, from our years of dialogue I am a long time investor in Tethys & yourself and would very much appreciate some indications of where we are currently heading. ==================== Will wait and see but don't hold too much hope for an indepth answer. | ![]() dorset64

28/8/2018 09:42 | Actually, on seeing your post hguess, if someone wants to compile a list of questions I will send it to Bill etc and see if/what they come back with. And although they are not listed on pretty much anything right now, the questions have to be such in that he would answer them as opposed to any other to 'intruding' ones. | ![]() dorset64
28/8/2018 09:35 | Is Sjoberg, the interim CEO based in London or has he moved to KZ ?. Is Clive Oliver involved with Tethys or has he left ?. Is Wells in control of Tethys or has he handed over to KZ investors ?. Who is in charge of Tethys now? . | ![]() hguess16
28/8/2018 09:15 | What a shambles, I will ask Bill this afternoon by email, what is happening with the website, company and anything else he would care to elaborate on, but don't hold your breath's. | ![]() dorset64
28/8/2018 08:41 | Not sure what is happening to the corporate emails now....I presume they will continue for a little while....or perhaps they are discontinued now also....but then....would any of them even realise? What a shower of dopey dozey dodos. | ![]() casual47
28/8/2018 08:39 | More than likely it is a matter of incompetence e.g. perhaps whoever set it up in the past has been let go and now nobody knows what to do, or the emails chasing for payment are bouncing. If Dopey Bill is reading this perhaps he will get to it,.....eventually. | ![]() casual47
28/8/2018 08:32 | My knowledge of domain names is limited but I thought they only cost a few quid to renew! | ![]() targatarga
28/8/2018 08:29 | Maybe the delisting from TSX was to prepare for listing on LSE !. Who knows !. | ![]() casual47
28/8/2018 08:27 | Or it could be that Tethys is changing its name with the arrival of the NI !. Who knows !. | ![]() hguess16
27/8/2018 23:40 | TI, before assuming things yourself - check whois and you will see that the domain registration expired last week. This has never happened before. Could be normal incompetence - e.g. nobody thought of renewing. The domain registration expired last Tuesday 21st. | ![]() casual47
27/8/2018 21:55 | What is interesting? Clearly NOG have more skill in self-preservation than TPL have. Meanwhile, over at Tethys: -still suspended -no sign of new investors or their pittances -no audited 2017 results -no money for website hosting fees as the domain remains expired and website is still offline? | ![]() casual47
27/8/2018 19:14 | Thanks for the info Mojo. | ![]() 1399peter
27/8/2018 10:51 | Mojohead, Interesting !. I suggested Nostrum because the main investor. Mayfair, wields influence in KZ and the other major investor, Baring Vostok, is a big player in the region. IMO, Tethys would be a walk in the park with that influence and experience. Anyway, lets see what happens in the near future !. | ![]() hguess16
26/8/2018 19:09 | Status:clientHold "When a domain slips into a clientHold status on the domain whois, this means it has expired and has been placed into a hold state. During this time, you have approximately 40 days from the domain names expiry date to renew the domain without paying an additional RGP fee" 75 days after expiration the domain gets released back to general public. Tick tock. | ![]() casual47
26/8/2018 18:59 | Incompetent. The lot of them. How they even manage to tie their shoelaces is a mystery to me. | ![]() casual47
26/8/2018 18:57 | Jeez....they don't even have the money to keep their website up?? Creation Date: 2006-08-21T13:18:36Z Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2018-08-21T13:18:36Z | ![]() casual47
26/8/2018 14:37 | It has been an absolute disgrace so far! AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. | ![]() temporarily insane
26/8/2018 12:20 | Hguess As we all know very clearly by now Tethys has a really long way to go before it can even start to think about being in range of the Bronze medal for performance let alone silver or gold. I mean realistically you have to be looking at two years before Tethys actually start pumping oil out of Klymene and that's if they started mobilising tomorrow. | ![]() 1399peter
25/8/2018 19:58 | Peter, No worries !. We are all in the same boat hoping that a sensible solution will be found after two years of turmoil. To date the poor performance of the BOD of Tethys has been a great disappointment. My support for the BOD began to crumble following the departure of Ken May, although we have yet to learn why he left. Having read that the oil and gas licences have been renewed up to 2022 - 2026, I am still hopeful that we might have a solution !. It is quite possible that the new investors may have had some influence in the renewal of the licences. Purely my guess !. | ![]() hguess16 |
